Today I got 5 star service with them doing EXACTLY what I had suggested. Long story short. Yesterday I went to the other location but all the systems were down because of the Rogers issues. They sent me away being quite rude in the process, not offering any alternative options to renew my car insurance that expired the next day. Today I went to the other location across the street and dealt with Kristen and once again the systems were down, this time to do with ICBC. She dealt with it like a pro, took my contact info and called me once I could come back in to pickup my decals and papers. So simple, but what a difference customer service makes.

My problem is the way the supervisor/manager handled the situation. She just dropped the papers by me and said we can't help you. Perhaps you should learn some better customer service like "Hi there, I apologize but we have are having an issue with the internet connection, could you come back at another time? Perhaps you can leave your phone number and we can give you a call when the systems are back up and running. Or, here is our phone number, please give us a call this afternoon to check....". Literally anything. This lady needs to take a course on how to properly talk to customers so that she doesn't lose more customers, because you just lost one local families for the simplest of reasons.

They refuse to cancel his car insurance policy and are demanding additional documentation we don't have. I've called and emailed multiple times and still haven't been able to get this resolved. It's ridiculous that they continue charging insurance premiums for a policyholder who has passed away. Simply an unethical business.
