I saw Dr. Kayla Serowik and Dr. Christine Frechette for physical therapy, and both of them were amazing. Not only did they show me the exercise to treat my issues, they also helped educate me on what I could do to prevent future injuries. On top of that, they were both incredibly patient and encouraging - therapeutic on multiple levels! I also get sports massages from Michelle Herrmann, and this has been a game changer. I have gone to a wide variety of skilled massage therapists (sports, deep tissue, Thai, etc.), and Michelle is the best, by far. Her massages are so healing and have helped my performance so much, as well as stave off potential injuries! Before going to Wellness in Motion, I really struggled to progress in any sport because I got injured so often. I went to 3 sessions to give this practice a fair chance but left disheartened at the rudeness and carelessness I experienced with Dr Lee during those 3 sessions. The whole experience was mediocre at best. Needless to say, I will not be coming back but sadly, this is making me rethink the concept I had about acupuncture and acupuncturists and questioning if this will continue to be the right treatment for me.
