To date, Associates have been courteous and helpful. Today, however, I had the unfortunate opportunity to be served by a cashier at the Cornwall WalMart with a sour attitude. After watching this particular associate toss my purchases, which included electronic equipment, into my blue WalMart tote, I suggested a little more care might be appreciated. This prompted immediate aggression and sarcasm from the associate. Though she complied her attitude demonstrated a deference to customer service. Sadly, this WalMart location failed to deliver a positive shopping experience. More effort is needed to monitor customer service at this location.

So I took my car keys out of the side of the cart and told the 3 Stooges to please hold my cart while I went to get my husband. When I went back my cart, along with a 92.35$ Walmart gift card and debit card had all vanished. They promised to look into it, but never received a response so I started calling customer service many times a day but now they tell me that they have no record of the complaint!!

Brookdale Square is a plaza with big box stores on the outskirts of Cornwall. It has a Winners,…read moreMichaels, SportChek, Marks, PetSmart, Moores, Best Buy, and Sally Beauty Supply. It looks like a typical suburban plaza, a bit sterile and generic. There are no places to eat in the plaza, but there's lots of parking. It's good if you want to go to any of the stores for something specific, but definitely not a place to hang out or shop around.

She says that's the price they have to charge when I pointed out that she's not giving a discount like written on the front of the store, she said I could buy it there today or I can order it from Amazon and wait two days, everyone that goes to that store to use their cell phone to check their prices when you buy things from a liquidation store it doesn't come with a factory warranty I'm gonna go back in the store today and check out the prices and hopefully I could change these reviews and it was a mistake

Cornwall Square is the only enclosed mall in Cornwall. It's what one would expect of a mall in a…read moresmall city, the usual chain type stores (like Shoppers Drug Mart, Dollarama, Hallmark, Coles, Showcase, Stokes, Bentley, La Senza) and a small food court with mostly chain restaurants (like Subway, A&W, Tim Hortons). Fashionistas will be very sad. They have matronly places like Northern Reflections and Alia "N" Tanjay. The other stores are Cleo, Garage, Urban Planet, Eclipse, and Maurices. Not the best shopping, IMO. There was a Sears there once upon a time, and the last time I was there the former Sears space was occupied by an auctioneer liquidator and they had lots of clearance stuff ranging from clothes and shoes to housewares and small gadgets. A lot of their items were junky (IMO), but I did see some high end shoe brands like Mephisto, Dansko, Reiker, ART, and El Naturalista going for about $40 or less, but nothing in my freak shoe size 5 unfortunately, but they had lots of "normal sizes" like 7, 8, and 9. It was kind of fun to poke around in that store, but overall, I think the mall is a place for locals to run errands. It's not a shopping destination.
