I personally hand-delivered and viewed the work of this duplication house for several months as I used them to duplicate betacam tape to both DVCAM and DVD. I brought approximately 8 jobs to them and over half of them they did incorrectly and I had to return and have them do it over again. For example, no audio on a duplication of a concert! The final error on their part resulted in the missing of an on-air deadline and that resulted in the end of my relationship with this business. This was my personal experience and is not "heresay". It is my professional opinion that this business, which performed less than half of the duplication jobs I requested correctly, is incompetent and I would not recommend them.
