I've been on yelp for years and never felt the need to leave a review, good or bad until now. This condescending POS asked me how severe the damage was to my car. I started the sentence "well it was quoted..." and he interrupts "I'm asking you how much the damage was to your car, if you don't know SAY YOU DON'T KNOW." I told him to go _____ himself and he responded "I'm trying to help you, normally when someone asks how much damage there was you'd answer with a cost of damage". I told him that's what I was doing before he interrupted and again told him to go _____ himself and hung up lol. Please save yourself the time and go to a different attorney that isn't too full of himself to get through 2 minutes of a consultation (not an exaggeration). Extremely arrogant and condescending. Pls run the other way if you care your mental health. I found Jeff through my employer's legal plan, and wanted to explore whether I had a legit small claims court case. Jeff asked me to email him the transcripts. I did that, but unfortunately he didn't review them. Which is okay, it was a non urgent issue. Then we got on a phone call to discuss the documents: and it was incredibly tough to explain anything to him. He was short, would not let me complete any sentence, and it was a horrible experience. Our call lasted 22 minutes, and it was full of him saying demeaning things. It would've taken far lesser time (and no stress) to do it over email. He insisted to get a case number before he answered if he speaks a Mandarin. After I gave him the case number, he shows 0 interest to listen to my case, or even bother to let me finish my talking. Despite his condescending attitude, I still tried to explain the issues that I am facing. He stopped me while I was talking, and asked me to email him about all the details. I sent him all the details, no reply. He finally replied to my third email, and asked me to follow up with a phone call. My wife's brother passed away and is now the Successor Trustee of his estate. Jeff took her case and is doing very well with a very complex and complicated probate situation. He is always direct and strait forward, and well meaning. I can see how some others may misinterpret his statements. Anyway he is very methodical and transparent.
