Piss poor management. The manager there has no idea what he's doing. I showed them where the money for my membership came out of my account, and the kid at the gate said your payment was declined. Then I call the manager and tell him I can show you where they take it out of my account every month. leaves me on hold for another 20 to 30 minutes so I called a different number. Then she says oh your payment was received but their system was down so they couldn't see you on site. We refunded your money. What the hell. I'm never going back there. Why blame me because your system is down. Close my account, refund my money and stop all automatic payments. Until you get a new manager. read more

I had a monthly subscription for a few months. Multiple times it didn't work. The last time I went, there was such a line, I just went ahead and paid for a car wash, even though I was currently paying the VIP subscription, thinking they could just refund me once I went inside. After going inside, and them confirming I indeed had a subscription, they couldn't do anything but have me fill out a refund form for that wash. They promised to keep in contact and get me refunded. Had to call them to follow up ten days later and still nothing. It's been over 3 weeks and I will never return. Don't waste your money!!! read more

Car looks great every time I go through! I have the monthly unlimited subscription. It does a great job every time I run it through. I would highly recommend the subscription if you wash your car often, you can't beat it. read more
