Then I call the manager and tell him I can show you where they take it out of my account every month. leaves me on hold for another 20 to 30 minutes so I called a different number. Then she says oh your payment was received but their system was down so they couldn't see you on site. We refunded your money. What the hell. I'm never going back there. Why blame me because your system is down. Close my account, refund my money and stop all automatic payments. Until you get a new manager.

Car looked great but she really had to go and I think the spiffy clean up job got me some extra bucks on the trade in. Avery is very knowledgeable and gave me a very fair price.
