I needed my Weather Tech floor mats washed, my leather seats & dashboards wiped down & conditioned, windows cleaned, and car vacuumed not a big job at all. Charged $103.50 with tip for what they called a pit stop job. When I opened the door I saw that the Seats needed cleaning again, did not clean back of bucket seats, dry dog saliva on back bench & seats, also, all windows smeared, floor mats were still dirty did not scrub or shine, crevices full of sand & winter salt, door jams and kick plates dirty, debree on side of seats not vacuumed with crevice tool. Awful! Manager made excuses it was a new guy. Why didnt he inspect the job then? He came out with a rag to spot clean as I pointed things out, still not a good job!! Yet he didn't offer to clean & shine my weather tech mats either. Terrible service. This is after an interior detail. They had my van for 9 hours. I called upset after examing my vehicle and took it back in. After 30 minutes and four people cleaning it. While we were in town on vacation we came in and let me say we get our car washed regularly and this was by far the best I have gone through in a while they hand washed it first around the windows and such then went through the wash and they guy at the end dried it completely after the dryers he dried around the mirrors and the grill it was something not many places do anymore and it was amazing I will definitely be going back there !!! read more

Back in the day, this was a great car wash where you could watch you car go through the process from the inside. How fun to watch as a kid! Just moved back and the guys were proud to say they were under new ownership. I left with not only my car still dirty - dirt all over the back, but one of the guys cleaning it actually made his side of the car and windows worse! Seems like there was grease or something on his rag. The two guys didn't dry the car off more than 50%. There wasn't even a line. It was a Monday. Had to go to a gas station to clean off car with towels. Never again. read more

My experience to date has been wonderful. I live on a gravel road so lots of lime dust and they make it a point to get all the lime dust off and make sure it's clean. My daughter busted milk in the back of the truck and they were more than happy to clean the interior glass so I could see out the back of the window. I have never encountered rude behavior only pleasant and my car and truck have both looked amazing when I leave. They will continue to get my business read more

Buyer beware!! Horrible experience! Will not be returning! Overpriced $15 car wash left with soap all over my car. They're orange open sign was on and a car was in the car wash yet a blonde girl came running out screaming at me that they were closed and a car was stuck in there while she argued with me about the light being on said she turned it off 15 minutes ago. I ended up paying for a car wash when I came there with a gift certificate that I had one at Joy schools fun fair.She refused to honor it and said that her boss would've never given a gift certificate away, and hadn't donated anything to any schools, and if he had she would have known about it. And it gets worse... As I'm exiting the car wash a gentleman asked me to roll down the window and he confronts me about how I treated his employee and the ruckus that I caused. Hilarious right, he was more worried about "how his employee might've been treated " then honoring my gift certificate or taking care of his customer. This place is a joke!There are too many carwashes in town to choose from -I don't recommend it to anyone. This is my first time going and my last!! As for the hundreds of other people that entered the same raffle I did ... Buyer beware: Sometimes things are not as they seem! What amazing customer service! Never been to this place before but I Stopped in just hoping to see if they could help me as I had spilled my medium iced coffee all over my front seat. Best car wash in town and I'm still giving 5 stars even though they raised the monthly pass price because they always make my camaro look great. The staff is always friendly to me and they let me transfer over my pass in the winter time so I can prevent rust on my winter vehicle. And one thing that sticks out above the rest is that they never charge extra to scrub off the bugs on my front end. read more

These guys are nothing but arrogant, ignorant, blowhards. Everything is about trying to up charge you. Does not matter how many times you say no they keep pushing! And when I spoke with the owner he's just as obnoxious and seemingly very supportive of his employees lousy behavior. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place and these people. Oh yeah, and to make matters worse the cost for just the outside of your car is $10-- it's a lousy wash and more expensive than Chicago!! These guys just don't get it!!! I would give a zero if I could. They gave me their brochure and the price range is 35-49 dollars, 49 being for a large vehicle and very dirty. I have a chevy sonic very small care and it just needed little cleaning. The guy tells me that my price would be 50 dollars. I said no why would my small call and clean car be charges more than the most expensive price you quote. The guy says well can you do 45? I said no and he said 40? I didn't like how he said can you do....is this a business or not. I said something seems fishy here and what I can do is go somewhere else. I thought the whole thing was very unprofessional.
