He knew when he brought out that flooring that it was warped. He also claims to be a pastor but I can't find this church anywhere. It is in my opinion that he really wasn't going to try to put down the flooring he just wanted me to sign a waiver because my credit card company wanted him to clear up the flooring problem that he created. This was a trick for me to believe that he was going to redo my flooring then he was going to turn that paper over to the credit card company and not come out and do the flooring and leave the warped flooring in my home because that's all he can do with it. He can't sell it to anybody else it's going in the garbage

If you had sealed the KD-HT immediately with the appropriate sealer, it may have been fine. You should have used KDAT, but you did not. The boards are also popping up from the nails. I suppose that means they're warping. And, you say, because there are mold spores everywhere, this is what you can expect your deck to look like!? I don't think so. Hope you can live with yourself.

I recently noticed that they have a new location in Johns Creek which is very close to my home. The good news is that they were open on a Saturday afternoon, (until 4pm). This particular location is extremely small compared to the Norcross location. The Norcross location is different because it is beautifully staged with a great selection of cabinet options on full display. You get to really see the product and how it will be featured in your home. I love the staging process because there are so many elements to be considered and as a visual person, I really like seeing a finished product instead of just a door. Also, I really appreciate seeing my traditional aesthetic represented. This store did have a small display of framed and unframed cabinet doors along with completed cabinets. If they have what you want great, but if you need to see all that they have to offer, you might start with the Norcross store first. The one thing I liked about this store is the salesperson. Although I didn't really interact with her, I was aware of her. She was actively talking to another couple when we entered the store but she took the time to ask if we needed assistance on a couple of occasions and that was appreciated. Some salespersons lack the ability to extricate themselves from certain situations in order to attend to other customers. Although they might not have everything you want, I think it's still worth a visit. You never know!

Fast forward a few years and we now have a hot scary mess. As soon as you enter the business, you will encounter the receptionist desk which was vacant but really messy. If you are going to put that desk "front and center", you should keep it neat and clean as it is an obvious reflection of how you conduct business. My husband and I visited earlier today and there was no staff available to greet or serve customs. Even after loudly saying "HELLO, IS ANYONE WORKING TODAY?", there was no response. Nothing, we walk around and enter a back room which also houses a showroom and we see a customer sitting alone at a table. We hear people in the rear offices but see no one else. Finally, a young woman arrives, but she goes to the backroom and doesn't say a word to us. She actually looks at us as if we are aliens. Why would you hire somone who is so inept that she apparently doesn't have basic skills required to greet customers and offer assistance? We wanted to connect with Sandra, the designer who helped us previously. She was professionally polished and very much on top of her game. There is simply no way that she would remain with a company that had fallen so far. Of course we left without making contact with anyone.
