They take such special care of my feet every time I'm there- no matter how long it takes. They're the BEST! Their manicures are also top tier. They spend time with sides and tips of the your nails so the jobs last much longer. I've never felt rushed or made to feel like I am an inconvenience. Just wonderful people all around, all of whom know their craft! Icing on the cake- they are the most reasonably priced nail spa I've found locally. The young lady doing my pedicure did a fantastic job! Here's where it went bad, they drilled my gel off my fingers instead of soaking it. Making my nailbeds hot and sensitive. The polish job looks like an amateur painted them. There's polish on my skin, two crooked nails and I had to ask them to smooth them out when they were done. I'd barely call it a polish change let alone a manicure. No lotion, no cuticle trimming, they did file them. They look terrible, one nail the polish is already coming off a few other the polish is smudged and not well done at all. I won't go back for them to fix it because I don't want it drilled off (so soon) and further damaging my nails.

They have a special process for a better version of SNS powder nails that keep them strong. This is the first time in twenty years my nails have grown and rarely break. (In a year I've broken two nails since coming here. My fault - not theirs.) For anyone having sensitive hands (autoimmune) they do not hurt having my nails done here.
