Ive been doing my taxes here for about 14 years. Never had any problems with them. Unfortunately the person who always did them for me got sick and was not able to do them this year. The person who took over was horrible!!! I submitted all my paperwork 4/10/18, now I know I was close to not getting them done on time so a extension was filed. Even after the extension was filed I heard absolutely nothing about my taxes and called a month later only to find out they had not been filed! Her response as to why was "since tax season is over, I had other things I had to work on". So if I never followed up they would still be be there undone. So after all that and she completes my taxes I ask her what my return will be and she tells me I owe over 14k, I said that's impossible! So she checks and she had made a mistake on a decimal point. But thats not the least of it, after that, she informs me I would be getting a little over 1k back, which still seemed wrong to me. So I asked her to send me the paperwork so I could review it. As I supected there were numerous mistakes!!! I had to go back and forth with her about 3 times till she got it correct, so basically I felt like I did my own taxes! If I didnt catch those mistakes I would of lost over 1k!!! And she still has rhe nerve to charge the full $400 for her awful services! Even after all that, I sign all the forms and I pay, I hope they got filled. Emailed her to find out if they were filed and she doesn't respond, so i call the office and the nice receptionist (she's probably better at taxes than the other one) informs me that the one doing my taxes said they were filed. I hope thats true, and I finally get my retur. Needless to say, unless the person who was doing my taxes recovers from his illness, I will be looking for another place to handle my taxes. Worst tax experience ever and the lack of communication is unacceptable. This person just seems like they dont give a crap!!! Would not recommend to anyone!!! read more

Mary and Katelyne are the best tax preparers by far they only got 5 stars because I couldn't add more. I want to put ZERO STARS! They are condescending and rude, we tried to ask some questions and was given an attitude with their response. I understand our questions might be stupid to you, because you went to school for accounting, but we didn't, so how about help the less knowledgeable without making them feel like a complete idiot? Honestly just so rude and I would never take my taxes there again, I didn't even continue because her attitude. Kaitlin was the woman who helped/didn't help us. There were multiple people waiting for their appointment over 20 minutes past their scheduled time, including us. Waiting over 20 minutes for an appointment and then rude to us when we were trying to get help. read more

Candy and Mike are amazing tax professionals, especially if you work overseas. The problem is their office staff. Last year I drove an hour to my appointment only to find out they cancelled it without telling me due to my preparer being gone that day. This year I made my appointment two weeks ago. I called this morning to confirm my appointment because I had not received a confirmation call. The guy remembered speaking to me and setting my appointment but my appointment was gone. He told me Mike had a 12 appointment if I wanted it. I drove an hour only to find out my 12 appt was not on the books even though I was given it over the phone only 90 minutes prior. It is now 1pm and I'm still waiting. It doesn't matter how good you are at taxes, if your staff can't schedule appointments for long standing customers you will lose business. This is my last time coming to TTD Bookkeeping. They obviously don't value their customers because if they did this wouldn't be my second year screwed out of my appointment time. read more
