I found out that inside Simtopia there is a Korean fried chicken restaurant and it had good reviews. So wanted to try it. I also found out that some of weekdays they have all you can eat for $20. Me and my friends thought this was an amazing deal and decided to try it. As per their instagram stories they used to show that they have long lines and suggested to come early as you might have to wait. We 3 reached there around 5:30 pm and there was not a soul there. Just couple of staff members. Ambiance is not bad. They have seating for 15-25 people. We got seated right away and our order was taken and were told that in AYCE they offer boneless fried chicken. We ordered every flavour they had. Food came to table and looked delicious. However it took a nose dive as we took our first bite. The chicken to batter proportion was not right. There was hardly any chicken in there. Almost 60% was all batter. It didn't taste good as all we were tasting was batter. We were not able to finish what we ordered as it was almost batter and there was no real good taste. Since we were not able to finish we were charged $5 extra. We explained them that this is not good chicken, it's just fried batter. They said that's how they make it. We paid and left disappointed. We went to a different restaurant to have dinner as we were still hungry. We learned our lesson. Everything you see on social media is not true! Stay away from this chicken place.

I've been to plenty of golf sims, and this one is my top favourite. I bring experienced and beginner friends to this place and they all love it. Service is always A+. Food is reasonably priced. They even have a summer rate almost 50% off! They are the cheapest summer rate in the city! It's a no brainer 5 star for me.

The inside is also rather small, they seat maybe 7 tables each with 2-4 people per table. There's tons of traditional Korean decorations everywhere. The staff is also all Korean and greet you in Korean. There's unlimited high quality purple bean rice. The sides are nothing to write home about other than the macaroni salad. They had an interesting take on it by adding imitation crab - I'm not sure I liked that part. Otherwise it's similar to the chain BCD tofu. The ever popular seafood pajeon (a pancake-like dish) is made extremely thick and therefore isn't crispy at all like pajeon normally is. I don't really recommend this item. Interestingly there's a bulgogi dish with vegetables and noodles (thin, clear). Makes the dish much more hearty. The flavor and quality was pretty good. Seafood tofu soup. They do a great job of making it spicy if you ask. The flavoring has that umami feel. Overall, not overwhelmingly amazing. A bit on the pricey side. They do have a very wide range of menu items and some pretty authentic items that aren't normally regularly provided in Korean restaurants. Service is fine - didn't meet anyone rude or anyone particularly amazing either.

Sides. So delicious. Nokdu Muk mung bean jelly. Sweet chili sauce is amazing on it. Little dried fish and fish cake are good too.
