I had an appointment at 11am on a Sunday when it was not busy at all. I didn't leave until 1:30pm. Granted the last 20ish minutes was spent waiting for my toes to dry since I got regular polish. I was not in a hurry and happy to relax, but the final product was not good. After two hours I expect the job to be flawless, my nails weren't filed straight, the paint job was patchy in spots and not uniform. I paid for the signature pedicure and am very disappointed, somehow the photos make the job look better than it is. read more

Outstanding! I went in for a pedicure tonight. They were so kind to squeeze me in at end of day after I got stuck in some traffic. Start to finish it was friendly & relaxing. The interior & chairs are so nice! Han did my pedicure and she was the sweetest! She is a true foodie & I loved exchanging food recs with her. Smart. Funny. Very thoughtful. Han was lovely. I stopped in to get a gel manicure. Great place. They've been open for about 5 months I think. The owner and her daughter were working. Such sweet women. The place is very clean. They have some fun looking pedicure chairs! I love that they offer you a beverage. The customer service is so good! I find many nail salons are all about getting you in and out quickly. Tu Spa isn't slow, but they do take their time. During the week you get 10% off and they make a donation for each sale. I thought that was very cool! read more

I came here a few months ago, and the nails I requested turned out just like the picture I asked for, the atmosphere was comfortable and I was even offered a drink, which I thought was nice. for most nail salons I've visited, I think the pricing is very reasonable as they took their time and made sure I liked them, I was charged $60 for around medium-long length acrylics with rhinestone designs on each nail, which I thought was great because other nail salons would be charging at least $70-90 for what I had asked for, and I know from experience. the owner is super sweet and friendly, as well as all the other staff,, definitely will be back soon again! read more

There are visible textured areas, one nail that is very uneven/heavily layered and there are areas where there was debris from the cloth used during my service that was not removed and painted over as well as spots where the color has already chipped away after One day. *the staff was very friendly *the price is reasonable for a gel manicure in my opinion. Can't say enough good for this nail spa. My last nail dip lasted 5 WEEKS !! Just when I was going to schedule an appt @ 3 was, I was rushed into emergency & had surgery + spent 11 days in the hospital. They did a very nice job and it was fast, but it was $40 for a no chip manicure, which seems high to me. I'm fairly new to the area and haven't had a chance to try many places. I'll amend this review if it turns out this is the going rate, but I'm used to paying $30 in Chicago. This place does offer painted on designs, which I didn't get, so not sure of pricing, but I know that can be hard to find, so definitely worth something. read more

I got acrylics yesterday, and the same night a nail fell off. I got it fixed for free tonight, for 2 mote nails fell off! the workers are nice, but the nails don't last! they were 60$ and lasted 5 hours full! Not good overall, do not recommend! the vibe was good cause they even gave us free drinks. but the nails, nope! please do not waste your money! seemed sketchy at first, but then we thought it was good! the design was good, but some bumps in the nail. but overall, the nails looks good. but they don't even last 24 hours! do NOT recommend! don't waste ur money, once again! read more
