They unexpectedly charged me an additional $5 because they said they "cut my nails down". The technician did use the drill to shorten them 1 millimeter and file them briefly. They did not change the shape, meaning that they were not going from square to oval. I have never had a worse experience at a salon. I called day of and asked when I could come in to have my acrylic nails removed. They told me I could come in at 11am. I told them I wanted them removed as my nails are weak at the moment. They started to remove them and put the foil on to wrap them, I sat there for 45 minutes with the acetone on my nails. At this point, my nails are thinner than they were when I came in and they left them my nails with fuzz and acrylic still leftover. This took over an hour to do when this should be about a 10-15 minute process and my nails are destroyed. I will never be coming here again and I highly recommend you don't waste your time either. read more

A little messy toenail paint and not a lot of time spent exfoliating or anything. They were friendly for the most part. They did an okay job on the acrylics I got they lasted a long time but they weren't perfect. The tips the put on didn't cover my full nail and wouldn't really look at the picture I showed as what I wanted. Went for a second manicure because my neighbor loves the salon. Had a bad experience first time, and guess what, another bad experience. Manicure didn't last 2 days. The color didn't cover the whole nail and the polish on the edges has already worn off. Didn't notice until I got home because I had forgotten my glasses . No more chances! read more

This is my experience only. You can be your own judge. Don't listen to customers wishes. They do what they want. Make nails too thin! Dont make nails sturdy enough. Alot of customers with broken nails often. Also, the place is very dirty! They don't wash hands at all, don't clean the desk or nail light machine after use. Uses a brush to wipe off desk and then uses that same brush to wipe customers nails. Cross contamination! Not very clean or sanitary at all. They put lotion on dirty hands and rub it in. It's kinda disgusting that the health dept hasn't noticed. They don't clean skin around nails like a manicure should be. Just files everything around with the file. read more

I came here for a pedicure and new set of tips when they first opened and now there's nowhere else I go... Lisa is so talented. It's so nice to have place that isn't rough removing nails or filing your set. They offer complimentary water and have very fairly priced services, and I've found I can push my gel nails as far as 4 weeks if need be. In the case something malfunctions with your nails after you walk out, (bad polish, a chipped nail, whatever) they always make it right. read more

One star for the phone line bc they never answer and my call never goes through does this weird ring and clicks and bc I'm so courteous I've had to drive out to let them know I couldn't make it and would need to reschedule before when my attempt to do that in a more timely manner over the phone was not an option bc of the crap phone service. I came to this place after a horrible experience at Fancy Nails in Walled Lake. I was greeted and only waited a few minutes before I was put in a chair for my pedicure. This was the BEST pedicure I have ever gotten, and I've been getting them for 25+ years! They took their time, did a great job with a wonderful foot massage. Horrible experience. My daughter and two of her friends had an appointment for 6:30 to get a set of acrylics (she was having a set removed and a new one put on). She was taken back first and placed at a nail station. She sat there waiting while her friends were taken back to be worked on, as well as other clients waiting in the salon. After 10 minutes of sitting there, while other clients had a nail tech tending to them, I asked if someone was coming back for her, as if she were forgotten about, which she was. Finally someone came and started working to remove the set she had in place. I went to my car while the girls were being worked on. After awhile, I could see my daughter's two friends finish up and head to the register so I went back in to check out. My daughter was still having her nails taken off. She was left to soak in acetone for 45 minutes while her nail tech worked on two other clients. She was bounced between all three men working that night. I went over to ask what had happened and why my daughter was neglected and was given excuse after excuse. After my daughter's nails had finally been removed, her nail tech looked at us and said ok all set without having put the new set on. I feel like my daughter was mistreated and neglected for the sake of rushing other clients through, despite having an appointment. No one would take accountability. I would never return to this salon or recommend it to any family, friend or acquaintance. read more

This is the best salon I've been too in my life. I'm not from this area and the first salon I had a pedicure my toe nail fell off !!! Crazy.
