The setting along the river is peaceful and beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the entire property has a calm, refined feel that makes it easy to unwind. The restaurant is outstanding -- consistently fresh, creative, and perfectly prepared. You can really tell the ingredients are high quality. Every meal has been memorable, and the service is always warm, attentive, and genuine without ever feeling overdone. What really sets Tu Tu' Tun apart is the consistency. My wife and I came here 2x per year like clockwork, at a minimum, for 10 years but that ended the first time we experienced the new setup. I stopped by last summer after a rafting trip to have a drink at the bar and of course they didn't know me and tried to tell me no since I wasn't a guest. I love the natural setting and the aesthetic of this lodge, it has beautiful surroundings and is so peaceful. The rooms are thoughtfully appointed, designed with rest and relaxation in mind. And the lodge offers a variety of activities for guests to enjoy during their stay as well as a lovely sitting area in the lobby and onsite dining. So I had super high expectations of an amazing experience. And while our experience was great, it wasn't exceptional. When staying at a place like this, I expect near flawless service. On the morning of check out, I had placed the "privacy please" sign on our door so that we could get a bit of extra sleep prior to our departure. Not even 5 minutes later, a staff member knocked on the door and when I answered, they said "oh sorry, never mind" and walked away. Mind you, it was hours before we were expected to check out, so I'm not sure what they could have needed from us at that time. While this is a small incident, at a place like this, I fully expect the staff to honor the privacy signs and to only disturb with a legitimate reason. Of course we're all human and all make mistakes but it was a disappointing incident. However, I would still recommend this lodge and taking the time to experience it for yourself. *Also note: when traveling to the lodge, use Google Maps for navigation. We used Waze and it took us the long way, around about on an old one lane road that was scary, especially in the dark. The hotel provides a warning about this in their confirmation email, but it's located all the way at the bottom and it was TLDR! My mistake. read more

Shameful and greedy business. BE VERY CAUTIOUS if attempting to book here. While on a fabulous road trip throughout Northern CA and OR, my husband and I noticed that a storm with heavy rain was heading our way. After several active days on the road, Tu Tu Tun Lodge looked like a nice place to chill, have some good food and enjoy a spa treatment or two. I only had my cell phone so I called rather than trying to book online with my little screen. After talking with the woman about room options, I gave her my credit card info and booked a room. I then asked her if I could book the dinner reservations and spa treatments with her as well. She said that while she could help with the restaurant, the spa was closed. I initially thought she meant it was closed for the day but after a couple more questions realized it was closed for repair or renovation. I quickly realized we might not want to spend so much money to sit in a room and watch the rain. I asked her to hold off on booking the room until I could talk it over with my husband and get back to her. She said, "No, I asked permission to charge your card and you granted it." and she reminded me that all calls are recorded. I said that it was only 30 seconds ago and I didn't realize the spa was closed. She said that it states it on the website. Well, take a look yourselves. It says "Stay tuned for the reopening of our seasonal spa." On top of a lovely spa type photo. Hard to determine that on a cell phone. I asked to speak to a manager. She said that maybe a manager would call when they get in. After several hours and no call, I called back. The same woman answered and said that she had talked to the manager and there will be no refund because we were outside of the 14 day cancelation policy. It was 30 SECONDS after! It seemed like a booking agency who didn't want to loose their commission (looks like $189 service fee). I am currently disputing the $678.00 charge with my credit card company. Beware. read more

Customer for life. We stayed here during our elopement weekend, I'd been corresponding with the GM beforehand for some special requests and she was wonderfully accommodating. This lodge is remote, beautiful, incredibly well maintained, the appointments in the rooms are comfortable, clean, light and airy. The details are so intentional and thoughtful, roses for our special weekend, cookies at turndown, fresh local coffee grounds for your in room french press- that's right- no coffee machine here! I loved our stay and I cant wait to return. A place like this is certainly outside our budget, so its lovely when a splurge is justified. The crew at the restaurant is also amazing, the team is so friendly and the food is top notch. I hope to explore the spa and river activities next time we return! read more

First time visiting in the summer, and what a special spot. We started with cocktails on the deck overlooking the river -- such a peaceful and beautiful setting. The melon and mint appetizer was incredibly unique and bursting with flavor, and the grilled apricot with burrata was absolutely perfect. For our mains, we had the halibut and the salmon -- both unbelievably fresh and cooked to perfection. We truly didn't expect to find food of this caliber in Gold Beach, but now we know where to go. I stumbled across this gem on google maps on a hotel search. The reviews didn't do it justice. It was so peaceful. I came mid January and the weather was perfect. Crisp air and bright sunshine. The property was well kept and comfortable, the pool is kept at a nice 80+ degrees. Derrick, Hannah, Cameron, and Brooke were great. They make you feel at home and welcome. An Oregon treasure. The natural beauty and warm atmosphere make this a special destination. I loved the bedding and the private deck overlooking the Rogue River and stunning trees across. We both had massages in the mini glass cabins - highly recommend! Our dinners were phenomenal. We tried the halibut, shoshito peppers, potatoe wedges (wow!), one of the pasta options and cocktails. Beautiful setting, wonderful rooms, delicious food. No major issues at all. An absolute joy. The only (small) problem we had was with service during breakfast. We sat outside and the waiter walked by at least three times and didn't even acknowledge we were there; other people around us were given menus and served their breakfast and we just sat there as if we were invisible. We eventually moved inside and were served quickly. The sommelier is also also a bit intense during dinner and doesn't listen well: my husband asked about white wines by the glass and the sommelier launched into a long monologue trying to get us to buy an expensive bottle and then kept pouring wine for me (again, trying to get us to buy an expensive bottle and assuming my husband was ordering for both of us) even though I didn't ask for or want wine. He needs to listen to what people are asking and not foist wine onto people who don't drink (or assume men are ordering for women). read more

It's disappointing that instead of taking responsibility, management chose to insult me with false claims about my behavior. I was never intoxicated or disruptive -- that's simply their way of discrediting an unhappy guest. The facts remain: I was served a steak burnt beyond edible, and when I sent it back, the same piece was returned from the kitchen with the server saying there was nothing more she could do. Pricing was inconsistent, service was dismissive, and their "point-by-point" reply is full of excuses. The refund they issued says it all -- the experience was unacceptable. We were looking for a special experience to celebrate our 23rd anniversary. Dinner at Tu Tu Tun met and exceeded our expectations. Our server was top notch, a true professional who made us feel at home, provided the perfect level of service and privacy. We enjoyed Cowhorn wine and started with the Burrata with Variations of Beets, Granny Smith, Macadamia. It was beautiful! Dinner of beef filet and Bucatini Amatriciana. We had sides of Brussel sprouts and wedge potatoes. We also enjoyed pistachio tiramisu which was dreamy and creamy. All dishes were beautifully presented and most importantly tasted great. The lodge restaurant was peaceful and casually elegant with a large floor to ceiling stone fireplace situated in front of the bar. There was a lovely and accomplished piano player. During our conversation she played our wedding march song of Canon in D Major by Pachebel. We couldn't believe it. We gasped as this was a wink from God validating our union was a true celebration. We were overwhelmed with emotion. After dinner we decided to take a walk down to the river. It was very peaceful and to our surprise a full rainbow right in front of us. Amazing! We stayed at Tu Tu Tun half a dozen times before it changed hands, and the change from a very personal, intensely hospitable, inn to a maxed-out corporate style hotel is a head slapper. Why? It's so hard to do the first thing, and so easy to just follow the standard Marriott Resort playbook. Abandon family style service, install a menu that could be anywhere in L.A., fill up the wine list with thousand dollar bottles, expand the craftsman-style retreat by adding ultra-modern cubes made of glass and steel and call them "cabins.". When you're in a place where there's no national park or obvious tourist attraction, the lodge itself has to be the attraction. It already was. Why make it look and run like a corporate retreat? read more

Pro: 1) Hannah the Manager was incredibly effective whether she was checking people in or making a killer Manhattan at the bar. Her kindness and competence were appreciated and admired. 2) Brook, a server, went out of her way to be friendly and informative about anything to do with the menu or service. 3) Heated pool open 24 hours a day. 4) Nice grounds right on the river. Con: 1) No trails near the Lodge that are within walking distance even though they mention great hiking on their website. 2) The pool lights and lights on the outdoor stairs stay on all night which considerably cut down seeing stars from your porch. 3) There's no Air Conditioning or ceiling fans when it gets hot and it does get hot. 4) The menu is pretty limited in choices and there's no where to get any food outside serving hours. The menu is very pricy too. $34 for a very ordinary hamburger for lunch. A Manhattan drink cost $29.50. 5) You can't tip anybody which sounds great except that they add 18% to your entire bill to pay for that. It's one thing to add 18% automatically to your dinner bill but to add 18% to your nightly room rate every night, when rooms are expensive is pretty absurd. 5) Mini bar completely empty. Overall, we really liked the people working there but the Lodge itself is far away from a 4 or 5 star experience even though the room rates are 4 or 5 star prices. read more

The upscale facility and picturesque location are first rate. The staff is friendly and they try, but things fell through the cracks quickly and too many times. The Lodge wants to be a high-end destination place and they charge premium prices, but we seemed to experience one aggravation after another. The first quirk was when we found the previous guest's underwear in our nightstand drawer. That's a turn-off. Our room was near the pool (not by choice) with a pool-side speaker playing annoying, loud music. No one was even at the pool so I politely asked the desk to turn it off. They said they would, but didn't. I asked again and it went off for a little while and then was back on! We had to keep our sliding door closed to help mute it. My wife and I were looking forward to making an appointment at their spa. The desk person said she couldn't do it (wasn't her job, I guess) and gave us a phone number to call. No one ever answered the phone, so no spa treatments. We told them our room security lock box was not working and it was never fixed. The radio didn't work either. We booked a specific table at their restaurant. Of course, they dropped the ball, gave it away, and stuck us in a corner. They got our meal orders wrong twice on two occasions. Other things as well, but you get it...disappointment was ever present. At checkout, the young lady at the desk asked if we enjoyed our stay. I said unfortunately there were a number of issues. She replied. "Oh. too bad. Would you like your receipt e-mailed or printed" An opportunity lost to address concerns. No care on her part whatsoever which is a sad reflection of the Lodge's attitude. Tu Tu Tun Lodge is a beautiful space - the river is stunning, the pool and sauna are very relaxing, food is delicious and the rooms are comfortable. The staff is very kind, but we had multiple challenges that were not handled well including a situation with keys as well as two different issues with payments. This included a dinner that was incorrectly charged to our room and being charged for our stay twice. Many of the staff are very young and I am not sure they have received the appropriate or proper training for managing these issues. They repeatedly told me that all charges were correct. When I did ask to speak to a manager, I was told repeatedly that I had made the error, even though I had evidence on my invoice and credit card statements in front of me. The individual I spoke to interrupted me, spoke over me, and did not apologize for the errors that had been made. My most recent call regarding the double charge for our stay was not returned. For how expensive this lodge is and the professional, high quality services they claim to provide, I was severely disappointed with the customer service. While the area is beautiful, I cannot say I would recommend working to solve problems with their staff. read more

There are no words to describe how much I love this place, but I'll try. I've stayed in places ranging from huts with no water to the Ritz-Carlton. Let me explain why this place is my FAVORITE OF ALL TIME: 1. Value. For the price you pay, you absolutely get what you pay for. I think the room rates are reasonable (approx 260 per night before tax and fees for a king fireplace room). The room is DELUXE. Heated bathroom floors, super fancy bidet, luxe toiletries by l'Occitane, no stains, chips, or dirty anything in the room, Nespresso machine in the room, spring water from the tap, luxury linens, and the absolute best view of the rogue river. 2. Service. You want to talk about the nicest, friendliest people ever? Just chat with the staff here. Kind, accommodating, and anything I asked for I was given. I've never had better service at any place I've ever stayed. 3. The actual lodge is pretty cool. If you up for socializing or hanging with others, this small lodge has a bar. There's a huge fireplace, so it's warm and has a good vibe. 4. Rogue river. Ok, so my husband and I are rockhounds, so this was paradise. However, I imagine this place is amazing in the summer when you can swim in the river! The fishing looks to be choice as well. It's on a totally private, quiet stretch. We saw bald eagles swooping down catching fish while eating breakfast in the morning. It's just so beautiful, peaceful, and serene here. I cannot wait to return. We were here celebrating our ten year anniversary and this the most romantic, perfect place to get away. We loved it so much we came back two days later. They left us notes and gifts both times. Tu Tu' Tun Lodge was the trip of a lifetime. For starters, the views of the mountains and river are beautiful, especially when sitting in the glass sauna. All of the food I had was amazing thanks to Chef Derek and the rest of the welcoming staff. The cabins are extremely nice with WiFi, TV's, comfortable beds, and huge glass windows to see the views. One of my favorite things we did was take a jet boat 26 miles upstream to witness the miles and miles of land untouched by human. Our family stayed here for three nights and it was perfect. We have two teenagers so we stayed in the Garden House. There are a few other stand-alone houses and the rest of the lodge is like a hotel. Our house had a full kitchen, 1.5 baths, and two bedrooms. There is an extra bed you can pull out of the closet if need be (our oldest son slept on that). The French bedsheets, towels and L'Occitaine toiletries were all top-notch. Bonus: there is a lodge cat named Woody that came into our house one night and slept with our son. Definitely an unexpected, nice surprise. There is plenty to do here. You can swim in their heated lap pool, lounge on a chair by the Rogue River, take a jet boat ride, kayak, hike or just loaf around. We also went off property and visited the local beach (Port Orford) and went for a hike on the Humbug trail (moderate difficulty level). The breakfast and lunch were first class. The chef has worked here for eight years and puts together incredible meals. One night we had prime rib, broccolini with edible flowers, mac and cheese, fresh popovers, and a chocolate cake with homemade ice cream. You eat at a large round table and are served family style with other guests. This may not be for everyone, but we met wonderful people. Two ladies we dined with one night were on their 23rd stay at that property. Wow! Meeting other interesting people from different parts of the country (and the world) was definitely a treat. The service is warm, friendly, and 5-star. Fodor's, Condé Nast Traveler, and other lists have placed this hotel at the top in the country in world. Who knew this little spot in Southern Oregon could hold such an amazing treasure? Our family plans to return next summer. We loved it and were all sad to leave. read more

It's pretty hard to summarize what a night or weekend is like here without truly experiencing it, but everyone is on the right page reviewing it. Setting: Pristine - right on the Rogue River (with its own dock if you're taking a boat tour) with a small lap pool and gorgeous gardens surrounding it all. The flowers you find inside were all culled from outside so you have that wonderful seasonal drive throughout the entire experience. From just about the moment you arrive, everyone seems to know your name. You are greeted by the owner, Kyle, and he remembers the greatest little details about everyone, so when he introduces you to those sharing your dinner table, he keeps some personal flair to get the ball rolling. There are appetizers and beverages to be had as the appetizer bell brings everyone in. Not all bartenders are created equal (I found this out the hard way when refilling my Old Fashioned), but everyone is darn near trying their hardest to keep you happy. The little appetizer session is over and you're rung in to dinner. You can pay extra to be seated off to the side, but it's not that awkward to get to know everyone who's staying around you, and it adds to your atmosphere throughout the day(s) ahead. Chef Gil and his counterparts (like Ben) make sure you know what you're served, where it's from, and why it's going to rock your world. I was leery heading in know there's not really a choice and I'm quite the picky eater, but they've got it down pat. If you're a gluten free person or have other dietary restrictions, just let the kitchen know in advance and they'll have you covered. By the time you roll out from eating, your bed has been turned down, you have some fresh bottled water on your nightstand, and some white chocolate (yuck) waiting for you on the night stand. There's no TV for you to blind yourself to the beauty around you, just the screened double doors to your balcony and the river plus all the stars beyond. There are also deer that seem completely unfrightened by the guests - approaching in groups, or just heading up to your balcony... There are massages and hiking trails, and all other kinds of goodies to keep you entertained, or you can just curl up with a book, sit by the river, or head out into Gold Beach (a windy road trip away). Breakfast there is on your own - and absolutely delicious (especially the jumbleberry French Toast), and you can even sit where you want if you want to spread out. There's always breads/muffins/granola and the like, plus a hot dish to choose or just eggs and sausage or bacon. I know there's some kind of lunch offering too, but I was too busy exploring (and way too full from breakfast) to really partake. Such a great experience, and two nights there was definitely not enough for one stay. We'll have to figure our way back - worth most every penny. read more

New ownership since Jan 2024 is causing service and food experience to slip significantly. New owner is riding the coat-tails of previous owner reviews and can't back it up. Almost all new staff, new chef and management which would rather drink a bottle of wine at the bar than engage with their customers. This place is not what it once was. 18 percent surcharge on everything (room, food, drinks) seems excessive. $95 for dinner, $25 for a martini, $25 for breakfast.... And plus 18 percent seems like a rip off. No problem paying for an excellent stay when service comes with it, but this establishment has a long way to back up the price vs value equation. Staff will call you up to 15 times to ask if you want to make reservations for dinner. This doesn't include at least 10 or more text messages regarding the same question. Although, the text message indicates clearly if you wish to make reservation call this 800 number. However, if you do not provide a response to phone call or text with response, they'll call & text you again. After finally answering the 5th call in under 24 hours on the day of our arrival, we answered & the woman stated, "Hi, we see you're staying with us this evening do you want to join us for dinner?" I kept my demeanor professional, asked what was on the menu and then explained I have far too many food restrictions & would be unable to join. She almost didn't hear me clearly as she persisted with, "Are you sure?" I politely said yes & let her know I'd be checking in between 4:45 - 5 PM. She said great, "See you then." A few minutes before 4 PM, prior to our arrival, I received a text message asking if I would be getting to the lodge soon as my massage therapist was there waiting for my 4 o'clock appointment. Mind you the woman on the phone who is eager to get me to sign up for dinner never mentioned a word of a massage. I again took a deep breath got some patience and responded in a brief text message that I had never received a call text or email confirming a massage for the day of my arrival at 4 PM. They did not respond. When I checked into the front desk the receptionist mentioned briefly that they were sorry and these kind of things happen. She did not choose to ask if I would like to schedule another appointment seeing as I was there for two days. No mention of it, no complimentary 'we're sorry' expressed, and received the typical lodge hours, happy hour, and glasses in room for drinking a beverage, and a bell would sound when appetizers were out. A 'bell' really? Upon arriving into my room and wanting relax, unwind, and get a refreshment I pulled out not one but all six glasses that were filthy dirty with water spots lip marks on the rim etc. so I did not use any of them. Although I was in no mood to request clean glasses from reception, I did wash one and was hopeful that the hot water in the sink would be enough to kill the germs. Throughout the course of the night you can hear all other guest as the walls are paper thin. As a first time guest I was also put in a room at the foot of the steps from parking lot, and the stairwell to upper floors. If you think you're coming to a nice lodge spa Zen retreat as they like you to think, think again you can't sleep in past eight as the people in the next room are blasting their radio, housekeeping kept knocking on my door, you can hear guests talking, and even urinating above your head, and oh yes the front desk called again to ask if you would like to have dinner with us tonight because I was staying for a second night. Wow!? Mind you they never asked if I wanted to schedule a massage session that I had requested two weeks prior to my stay. Also when I had asked to cancel the second night over seven days in advance as their cancellation policy states on their website, I was told no, in case the hotel was unable to rebook my room. However looking on line it clearly shows that the lodge was booked to full capacity therefore they would've easily been able to rebook my room. No apologies for constant incompetence, over zealous eager to up sale dinner for an additional $125+ (per night), spoke with over 4 individuals, received at least 20+ 'touch points' regarding services I NEVER received & charge an additional 23.5% in lodging & service fees - per night totally almost $700.00 for 2 nights. This lodge, its owner, and all staff members are the most unprofessional group of people who are highly incompetent and unable to provide customer service. We have stayed in many authentic luxurious spa hotels, this one doesn't even deserve half a star! It's an over rated Motel 6 at best! Furthermore, I am highly allergic to cats and woke up the next morning with my eye completely swollen shut however they do not allow service animals but then show the owner with his black lab and cat who apparently are allowed to walk around the hotel and greet guests & cause an allergic reaction to an unassuming guest who understood the lodge was NOT 'pet friendly' makes absolutely no sense. I've let my family members & friends who suggested the lodge, they need to refrain from doing so as I have never received such horrendous customer service with non sanitized glasses, no booking appointments when guest request, do not honor their cancellation policy (although in todays world 99.9% of hotels practice) read more

Condé Nast Traveler has never lead me astray, until now. They included the Tu Tu' Tun in their Oregon Coast recommendations, as it is technically in Gold Beach. However, the 9 acre property is actually 20 minutes inland from the coast, down a narrow, winding road. This may sound wonderfully remote, but after dark, the drive is difficult. Named after the Tututni Native American tribe who, according to the hotel, "mysteriously disappeared" from the area in 1930 (come on, we know that really happened lol), this re-fabbed motel (ahem, "lodge") sits right on the Rogue River. At night, you cannot see anything, but during the day the view is beautiful. Lush greenery, flowers galore, and the peaceful river. We arrived at 6pm after a long drive from California. The receptionist seemed annoyed when I asked to check in, and further displeased that we did not have dinner reservations. We were not interested, because menu is pre-fixe, and served indoors. I am vegetarian, and we are not comfortable dining at an indoor restaurant at this stage in the Covid-19 pandemic. We were starving, and realized that eating at the resort is your only option, unless you want to drive 20 minutes each way on the scary road in/out of town. No room service! Dine in only. I booked a Corner Deluxe King Room, which was over $500/night after tax. We were greeted with a plate of Costco cookies. The room was the exact size and layout of your average Motel 6, but with a fireplace and small patio. The deep soaking tub was not as appealing as I expected, and definitely not big enough for two people. The bathroom was cramped, with a toilet that ran and made noise all night. Redeeming qualities included the comfortable bed and high thread count Italian linens, and the sturdy blackout curtains that ensured a good nights sleep. 3.5 stars, it is a nice area but over priced in my opinion. Rooms are nice but small and somewhat cramped. the shower/bath is nothing special for $300+/night and ran out of hot water. Internet was spotty and you often lost it. They are known for their food and communal dining. While it was fun to sit with other guests, the food was just OK at dinner and not good for breakfast. No place on their website does it list the price of any meal. At $75/per person (w/o drinks) for dinner, it should have been better. $25/per person for breakfast, the meal should have been more than room temperature. Plus we stayed in off season so i'm certain in season room prices are much higher and meals may be as well. it is a quiet peaceful place. wish food was better read more

Great stay every time I go. The service is phenomenal and they're always helpful and welcoming. The bed is comfortable and the bedsheets are soft and luxurious. I recommend this lodge to everyone I meet. read more

Unlike many of the guests here who are retired and can afford to stay here, I saved for months to take two days to relax and enjoy what I had hoped would be a relaxing stay. The resort has many positive things going for it, like the location, view, weather and great overall design. The interiors have obviously been updated and the food is amazing. Nespresso in the rooms, furniture by Dedon and coffee service pieces by Rosenthal are a nice touch. Bath and body items from L'Occitane are lovely. Landscaping around the property is also very well done. Customer service was horrible. When i first arrived, they said "name?" instead of "welcome, we are so glad you are here." Front desk told the other staff member to check me in because she was too busy. They then told me they had to switch me to another room on my second night because they had another couple checking in for two nights and didn't want to put THEM out...and since i was travelling alone, it should not be a problem for me! I asked if there was a restaurant and the front desk said "we don't call it a restaurant here, it's called the dining room. Didn't anyone go over this with you in advance?" and I said no.... I recently had back surgery and chose to stay here because of the heated pool, but when i went to go swim, it was freezing....front desk said it was heated, but i guess it was probably around 78 degrees....."is it possible to increase the temperature?" they said "nope" and then turned around and left. I did not know about how food service was done here and everyone seemed shocked that they had to explain it to me. yes, the food is amazing and all hand-crafted, but dinner is all about smoke and mirrors. I don't mind paying $70 for a meal, but the entire meal and all its courses were all carbs, breads, more carbs, more bread, a salad and the smallest piece of salmon I had ever seen...3 bites maximum. Lots of filler, very little protein. I went back to the room and ate a bag beef jerky. The meal probably cost them around $13 total to make + all the labor cost to put it together. It's really a shame to send out so many courses of carbs and sugar with so little protein, trying to impress the customer with so little substance and more fluff... next morning at breakfast, i mentioned to the server that the restaurant asked me many times for my food preferences and she said " we don't do that at breakfast here...you will just have to eat around it." then she went into the kitchen and at the top of her lungs said something rude about me to the kitchen and everyone in the dining room heard it...i was terribly embarrassed. They insisted in meeting my dietary requirements, not me. I had to switch rooms when they wanted me to, so i waited around until 1pm to do as they said. I then went back to the room to take a nap at 3:30....15 minutes into it, housekeeping started cleaning the room next to mine. They turned on the radio in the room at FULL BLAST and were talking to each other so loudly that I could not even sleep.....every time i was about to fall asleep, they would slam a piece of furniture against the wall. The walls are very thin. Still cleaning at 5pm. the rooms do not have AC which is fine, but there are no ceiling fans!! no air coming into the rooms...they have a very small plug in fan, which is so noisy i had to turn it off..the room is so hot at night, since the open windows cannot catch the breeze due to the angle of the hotel facing the opposite direction of the wind. Had to take a sleeping pill both nights to fall asleep.. The WIFI is incredibly weak, that after trying for 24 hours, I finally took my computer to the lobby to work. Not sure what is going on here...either the staff is overworked and overwhelmed or they are not being paid enough..... .. or they are understaffed or management has not trained them well in the art of luxury hospitality and how to speak to people. I have no doubt that the staff are all good gracious people, but it's obvious that management does not treat them well and they are frustrated and their micro-expressions around the guests and me ruined the experience. I left frustrated and exhausted with $1,000 down the drain. second night's dinner was not keto at all, so not sure why they kept telling me they were making me a keto meal. read more

Horrible customer service. We came in contact with two employees the first 20 minutes of arriving who both interrogated us asking if we're guests and questioned us using the facilities. Such an unwelcoming environment and wanted to leave within an hour of our 2 day stay. Super fun experience. Don't recommend. Save your money and stay somewhere else if you're looking for any sort of pleasant hospitality. Everyone is extremely stuck up and rude. read more
