I am so blessed that I am going to this practice. Danielle Contreras, NP and Dr. Z are AWESOME!!!…read more They are so kind and extremely professional and take the time to talk to you, Dr. Z spent 45 minutes with me yesterday and she actually cares about not only your physical health but mental health, as well. It's been my experience, that doctors are not thinking of their patients needs, but how many test they can put you through, I believe that's how they make some of their money. Dr. Z (Zickafoose) is my Primary and she was referred to me by a good friend. I have never been so happy as I am with this super professional and kind practice. My last doctor, stared at his computer and never really acknowledged me. And it was always a rushed appointment it seems.... TELE visits were a 3 minute phone call. Danielle Contreras, NP was very thorough with my TELE visit and she did it via video conference, I was so happy I didn't have to drag myself out of bed and she took her time. To say I am beyond thrilled would be an understatement.

She is retiring soon so she does not care. Your 30-60 minute appointment slot with her will turn to just a few minutes. It looks like all she care is making money out of medical insurances.

Dr. Chamberlin is amazing!…read more So excited about my new doctor. I was really nervous, because it's always hard finding a new doctor. Sometimes it takes a long time to find a doctor that you feel comfortable with and that you think is a good match for you. I met with Dr. Chamberlain for the first time and immediately felt comfortable with her she listened to me and offered some really good feedback. She also ordered a bunch of tests and sent some referrals to different departments to help me get my physical health in order. I'm so glad that I took a chance on getting a new doctor and that I got lucky and I found a good one. This location is really nice. It seems new it's very clean. It's relatively easy to navigate and find where you need to go there's plenty of parking out front overall. I had a great experience at this clinic.

I went to the Kaiser pharmacy to pick up my medication, checked in as instructed, and patiently waited 20-30 minutes. As I sat there, I watched almost everyone who had been waiting get called until the waiting area was nearly empty. Concerned that my name may have been missed, I walked up to the counter to ask about my prescription. The employee looked up my medical record number and casually told me the pharmacy system had crashed and that there was nothing they could do. I was simply told to come back tomorrow. No one apologized for the wait. No one came into the waiting room to inform patients about the system issue. No one attempted to offer another solution or even acknowledged how frustrating the situation was. I work in healthcare, so I understand that technology fails. System outages happen. What I don't understand is the lack of communication, empathy, and basic customer service. Those things don't require a working computer. Every day, I care for patients and do everything I can to make them feel seen, heard, and supported--even when circumstances are beyond my control. I know what compassionate patient care looks like because I strive to provide it every single day. Walking away from this experience, I couldn't help but feel dismissed and forgotten. This wasn't just about not getting my medication. It was about the way patients were treated. A simple apology, a clear explanation, or someone taking a moment to communicate with everyone waiting would have made all the difference. I expected better from an organization that prides itself on patient-centered care. I sincerely hope this feedback reaches leadership because no patient should leave feeling like they don't matter.
