They then asked for another $2,500 to continue, despite having completed practically nothing. They said our deposit was used to buy materials, but no materials were ever delivered. When we hesitated to pay more because of the lack of progress, they abandoned the project and did not refund our $2,000. We ultimately paid $2,000 for one moved outlet. Be very cautious about paying a deposit without clear milestones, receipts, and materials delivered.

Hector's crew replaced the damaged studs and rebuilt rhe waterproofing better than the orginal builder. He also offered very thoughtful design touches like raising the shower head for my tall husband and a toe niche for me. They did beautiful work with marble and traventine trim. My tiny bath looks like a spa now.

Within months after the kitchen was done, doors started falling off the cabinets. They had installed some decent quality cabinets in my bathroom, but Noel said he's no longer working with that subcontractor and there would be a different one doing my kitchen cabinets and they would do a lot better. That was NOT the case. The cabinets they installed were at the quality you would see in a $500 a month apartment not a $300,000 condo. . I've never been so embarrassed about my home. You see the cabinets as soon as you walk in the door and they were a total eyesore . Additionally the tile work they did in the bathroom is starting to crack. I made Noel aware of it he said he would get back with me and never did. The "luxury" vinyl wood planks he installed throughout my condo are already starting to discolor and will soon need to be replaced. They also performed electrical work which was clearly not done correctly and in violation of city code. I had to hire another electrician because what they did was unsafe. I'd be surprised if the guy who did the work actually had a license. I regret reaching out to the tile gallery to do the work in my condo. Enjoy the money now, Noel.
