A nice remodel of the offices and an additional doctor to treat patients. Dr. Green joined Dr. Graux's practice and you are likely to be treated by both of them if you are on a treatment plan. Their techniques are a little different from each other but both are very effective. I'm happy to say that immediately after starting an intense plan of 3x a week I started to get relief and more importantly the ability to move without pain. It's ideal to go in for a "tune up" every 4 to 6 weeks. Preventative measures can be just as important as emergency fixes. I was in the emergency department for severe back pain and muscle spasms. She was the one that for me in ASAP and gave me relief. I am able to stand up, walk, and go back to work. They took my insurance information at the 1st visit so that they could determine my coverages for continued care. 1) Even though I had a Groupon, I received notification that they billed my insurance for the visit. 2) I spoke to 2 different billing people and dropped off a referral from my Primary Care Physician. Both times, once via phone message and, upon in person follow-up, I was told they would contact me once they had the information from my insurance company. It's been about a month and I still haven't heard from them, unntil today when I received a letter letting me know how important it is for me to continue my care and insinuating that I made the decision to stop treatment. Meh. I'll find another office.
