They are knowledgeable with insurance and base on what I've witness they provide accurate information. I was referred by my attorney due to a car accident. They take the time to get you know you and you get to know a little about them. Care: I went in due to headaches I've been experiencing on a daily basis. Neck pain, my left leg was causing me issues, and lower back pain. During my initial consult he knew the headaches were directed from my neck pain. He directed my care to the problem areas. Towards the end of my care the pain had been resolved. I could go days to weeks with no signs of headaches. (When they did arise it was due to my eye sight) I never felt he was forcing things on me and his recommendation always help with my issues. I am normally a bit hesitant about seeing chiropractors, but decided to go for it. I was able to get an appointment the following week- they offered me several different days/times- and I completed the new patient paperwork packet found online. When I arrived, they were very friendly and organized. They processed my insurance and went over my insurance benefits with me ahead of time, which was great. Dr. Rowe was great- he spent some time examining me and explaining what was going on. After we came up with a plan, he asked me if I wanted to start treatment, and I said yes. We did some electrotherapy, stretching, and manipulation. I walked out feeling great, and he's fixed about 85-90% of the issues/pain I was having! I'm going back next week- he thought I'd need a few visits to fix it- and he gave me a few exercises to do at home in the meantime. Overall, two thumbs up!

The therapists seem to somehow rebuild the affected body part's functionality during that time so that the remaining time on the PT Order can be spent developing strength as you continue going to the gym or pool or going for walks, actually using your body. Then when you go back to PT to work with the physical therapist, they can assess your progress and make any new adjustments that activity reveals should be made and make sure the original corrections are holding. Then, you go back to your daily strengthening routine. These therapists are like miracle workers. Their training and techniques are completely different than the Orthopedic & Sports Medicine approach. "Functional Manual Physical Therapy" They are like artists!

Dr. Ryan Shakely met me promptly and Jill in the front office is delightful. The first appointment was long, but it should be! I found another provider in town and after 10 min I had an adjustment and was on my way. However, how did they know whats wrong? Dr. Shakley did a thorough examination that included X-rays. Lots of questions, health history, old injuries, sports I play and how I try and find relief when things get out of whack. Then I had a full adjustment which i guess isn't typical for his practice. Most often it would be the first exam and then you come back. I felt very comfortable in his care. He has a gentle hand and talks you through what he is doing and how you need to breath. I would highly recommend Dr. Shakley.
