I am in the process of trying to get PMI…read moreremoved from my mortgage, first scheduled appraisal was scheduled nearly 2 weeks after I paid for the actual appraisal through my mortgage company... of course the mortgage company is the one who picks the appraisal company. Canceled less than 12 hours before the appraisal was supposed to happen. Had to reschedule for nearly 2 weeks later (which is today) No call, no text, no email... NO SHOW! I called her and she acted like she had me on the schedule but didn't hear back from me... i have email correspondence that process that is a lie... If i was on the schedule why did she not show up? She then proceeded to tell me we can reschedule AGAIN... but she will be out of town for the next 13 days.... hard pass. Stay away at all costs.
