I got there on the 21st of April and paid $127. May rent was $300, and I left on May 3rd and they refused to prorate. I rented a space for 12 days and paid $427. Granted I should have read the contract but I asked the specific question if they prorated and they said yes. Their explanation was we prorated you in not out. Also, expect 30 minutes every time you go into the office. Principal is more value than money. I would not recommend this place. I would drive to find straight forward and fair pricing.
