Long story short: we made the switch after swarms at our house were getting more frequent and our previous pest control company that we had a termite bond with just wasn't cutting it. After the first visit, termite activity completely disappeared for over a year. As you may know, without tenting your home, you can't ever fully get rid of termites, especially living in the Colonialtown neighborhoods. The large majority of older homes deal with it in some capacity. Our last two visits have just been quick spot treatments because of the protection and treatment we got the first time. We only ever have 1 or 2 small sites of activity a year (no more swarmst though), which is a huge improvement from the last company we used. All in all, we're happy with the service and recommend them for termite bonds. Every employee that's serviced our home has been on time, professional, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

They never put traps in or nothing. Daves puts Traps in. One thing I am not happy about with daves is their scheduling policy. They don't set up a date for your next visit until they get back into the office and a few days before they are due to come they give you a suprise text. If you don't request morning time or afternoon time you are put on an all day wait and when you call to find out what time they are coming the person who answers the phone ( who speaks English with a accent ) doesn't know and says they will call you back and sometimes they don't. If it wasn't for the Techs I'd be somewhere else now. The techs however do a great job. I hope they fix this gargage with the scheduling.

They were always on time, cleaned up beautifully and were very knowledgeable about all types of landscaping - They discovered when removing an old flower bed from around one of our oak trees that the tree had actually died. The roots were dead. We would never have known without their expertise. We called a tree service and they are coming to remove the oak tree. It has been a month since they sodded the yard and it looks absolutely beautiful. Tim answered all my questions regarding watering, fertilization, etc. and always returned my texts and phone calls promptly.
