My daughter was only eight when we were referred to an orthodontist by our dentist. Knowing that my daughter would probably be nervous and even a little scared about the possibility of needing braces so young, I searched out an Orthodontist that would be able to help her feel most comfortable and found Dr. Kassman. From the moment we walked through the door for our first consultation, I knew we would look no farther. Not only did they welcome us with friendly smiles, they were hospitable beyond measure. After three years our journey is still not over (another 6 months) but, we are still as satisfied, if not more, as the first day we walked through the door. Desiree, their receptionist, is so kind and caring. She welcomes us each time we come greeting us with a friendly smile and always takes care to ask us how we're doing. She also never forgets to remind me to schedule my daughter's next appointment and ask if we have any questions or needs before we leave. The support team is professional and personable which is really hard to find these days in any business. My daughter really enjoys how gentle and patient they are with her. Dr. Kassman's years of experience, dedication toward excellence, along with his devotion to make every family be able to enjoy the experience of having braces truly sets his office apart from any other in Tucson. For any adults looking at the possibility of braces, Dr. Kassman also offers some alternative options besides standard braces that I am considering a consult for. I know I would be able to take my children to the appointments if I needed to since their office is so accommodating toward families which makes it very convenient for a stay at home mom. If I could give Dr. Kassman's office more than a 5 star rating I would. They have gone far beyond our expectations of what we thought our experience would be like. read more

I have never experienced Orthodontry, as with Dr. Kassman and his crew! Having the lovely experince myself as a youth and experiencing my daughter's first year of antient style orthodontics in NY state, I am so happy we found Dr. Kass! He has multiple methods of improving a smile and looking classy along the way. The office staff is incredible, always cheerful at the desk, in the back and Dr is accessible to speak with. The decor is awsome. They alow for us to make payments, when I have identity theft going on. I am greatful for their service. Gail - Aug. 20, 2011--I am 56 years old and decided to get braces a year ago. My dentist recommended Dr. Kassman to see if he could close the gap between my front teeth. I honestly didn't know if I wanted braces at my age. Dr. Kassman and his whole team were wonderful. They made me feel right at home and answered all my questions. Dr. Kassman and his staff relate so well to kids and teens. My son felt very comfortable with asking questions about his braces; what's going to happen? is it going to hurt? How much longer? Dr. Kassman made it a point to come out and talk to me and let me know how my son's treatment was going. Been here for a couple of years now. Teeth are straight now, but the estimated time that I would be done with braces already passed, but they're still working with me until I finish my treatment with no charge. Just figuring out about an overbite problem. Staff here is very friendly and nice. They're very easy-going with re-scheduling and getting you in last minute for an emergency. Dr. Kassman's staff is wonderful! They greet us by name as soon as we walk through the door and have my daughter in the chair on time.
