We recently switched to Davis Pediatric Dentistry because we were unhappy with our previous dentist and all their expensive recommended work for our child's teeth. Many of the mom groups recommended Davis so we decided to switch. Davis Pediatric was able to see and treat our child very quickly (quicker than our scheduled appointment with prior dentist). I cannot say enough good things about this practice. They have been so kind and patient with my son for the last couple of years. Today we had to get my son's first cavity work done (crown), and we have both been so nervous and anxious about it. The team here is incredible and made us both feel so at ease. There was SO much communication with each of us about everything happening. They have movies going on on the ceilings, as well as different rooms for your child's comfort. My four-year-old went in for a cleaning and six month check-up. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and attentive, which I consider outstanding. The hygienist who took care of my son was patient and friendly and took care to be gentle with him. He had x-rays this visit and the x-ray tech was friendly and polite, which was important because like me, my son hated the vertical tabs for doing the back molars (they dig into the gums very uncomfortably no matter who does them, so it's not her fault, purely the technology's) and she had to patiently get him to reposition them multiple times. He was also a good sport, trying to hold still, trying to do what was asked of him, and all in all, except for those darned x-ray tabs, he had a great visit. When the dentist himself came, he was very informative, kind and took the time to show me where my son could work on brushing. We had a great experience and my son is not the least bit unwilling to return again (nor am I!) Five stars for great experience and quick service! read more

High heat bubble made the phone system a little wonky and we struggled trying to get an appointment for about two weeks. I reached out on Facebook, their answering service, and finally got to speak with their office manager who was so kind! She was so apologetic and she got my daughter in so quickly. My daughter loved the little activity center and we were seen promptly with out appt time. My daughter is on the spectrum and situations like these can be rather difficult for her. The staff got to know her and her smiling the whole time. I expected a full meltdown since she has some oral sensory issues. The hygienist kept my daughter calm and there wasn't a single tear shed. The dentist was kind, quick (good for our daughter), and thorough. She even let my girl do a little hand flapping and toe walking before getting settled. This staff is awesome! If you can't get them on the phone, try after hours and leave a message with their answering service! If you have to call multiple times - do it. They're worth the wait. read more

For toddler moms LOOK ELSEWHERE! The hygienist Karen and dentist, Dr. Coleman I believe, had zero interest in helping my 19 month old feel comfortable at his first trip to the dentist. Karen was very confused why I wasn't laying my son down on the lap tray. When I told her he was holding on to me so tightly, he was going to scream if I set him down, she shrugged and said they normally scream the whole time. Um I'm sorry??? We're torturing them??? Blown away with this dentist! My 4 year old loved his first visit there! The waiting room is awesome. They have video games and a little play area for smaller kids. They are so nice and welcoming! The doc did a great job explaining the current phase of my daughter's teeth and did a great job taking care of her and keeping her happy and attentive. My daughter has been going to David Pediatric Dentistry since she got her first teeth. The doctors have always been friendly and professional. My daughter never complains about going to the dentist and always looks forward to the toy afterwords. However, their COVID19 protocols are lacking. I didn't even receive a simple "I'm sorry we accidentally canceled the appointment". Instead I was greeted with the attitude that it was my fault the appointment was canceled because I didn't speak with someone to confirm the appointment despite having proof the appointment was confirmed via their email. I was told their policy was a verbal confirmation. Then why include a confirmation link in your appointment reminder email? A simple apology goes along way! read more

My 5yo daughter has been getting her teeth checked since she was two. Never have we had to pay extra out of pocket for her visits. We received a bill a couple days ago for a "routine" visit, granted not the whole bill, but a partial of it. They did nothing out of the ordinary and was a normal bi-yearly visit. She did remark she really did not like the fluoride paste they put on her. We will not be going back. I also did not like that you don't get a private room to yourself. There's 3-4 beds per room with no dividers. Two stars for the friendly staff and cool waiting room but that's all. read more

I rarely give all five stars because I always feel that companies have room for progression. However, I was very pleased with this facility. The play area always keeps my kids entertained. They range from ages 2 years old to 11 years old. You have to fill out a digital form on the iPad EVERY visit, so arrive ten minutes early from your appt to complete it. All of the staff is super friendly and they all are very understanding. I mixed up the appt time for my kids and they STILL took me in. The parking is a pain when they're busy because there is not much room to park. To the facility: I recommend headphones for the kids watching the TV on the ceiling. Perhaps TVs and reading material for parents/kids in waiting room. read more

I was referred to this office by my insurance after my previous provider stopped accepting our insurance. I office it pretty neat, they have arcade games for the kids to play with, they do all of the paperwork on a table which I love minimizes the waste of paper. Front staff is very nice. My previous dentist would do the cleaning, and surprisingly I had little to no conversations with them. At this office I experienced two great hygienist (one for each of my kids appointments), they were so nice and really interacted with my girls. The dentist soon followed after the cleaning, he was so nice and knowledgeable about my daughters medical condition. He actually took the time to talk to me about my kids dental plan and get to know the family. I was sent here and so happy I was, they were amazing. Dr. Adam has been my 6 year old son's dentist for about the last two years. He is absolutely amazing! I wish he could be my dentist. Not only is he super knowledgeable, and all around great at being a dentist, but he has a super "cool", laid back personality. He immediately established a rapport with my son. He's non intimidating, and put my son at ease, when he previously always had anxiety at the dentist. He really knows his stuff, and I completely trust my son's oral health and care in his hands. Also, about 2 weeks ago, my son hurt his jaw by getting hit in the face with a baseball during practice. The next day, he was still sore and I wanted to be sure everything was okay. They got me in to see Dr. Adam's brother, Dr. Chad, within a few hours since Dr. Adam wasn't available. He is equally as amazing. My son turned out to be okay, but I'm glad to know that my son has such a great team to take care of him. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone! read more

Dr. Davis is absolutely wonderful as is every employee we encountered. He clearly has a way with children and makes them feel safe and at ease during what could otherwise be a traumatic experience. He had availability to schedule the extensive work my nephew needed in a reasonable timeframe and an anesthesiologist to ensure the experience was comfortable. He was also very mindful of the expense of the procedures and I feel confident that he only recommended and performed procedures that were necessary.
