I was wanting to post a review for Old Navy at the Outlet Mall. I had a very complicated return and needed to order a bigger size on multiple items. The associate that helped me took time to look for the sizes I needed, and the ones that weren't available in the store, she got ordered on line. My daughter is deployed with the Army, and she ordered a bunch of things for my granddaughter for Christmas. Well, the items were too small and I wanted to get the EXACT item her mom picked out...just in a bigger size. Heather, the associate at the Old Navy Outlet was so incredibly patient, kind and helpful. She certainly deserves some accolades for the exuberant amount of time she spent helping me get things right. Her patience is one treasured virtue! read more

I really want to like the outlets- and sometimes I do. The mall itself is beautiful. During the day it can get hot but with the fans and misting system it has been better. I also really like the selection of shops. There really is something for everyone. The only downside in my opinion is the lack of restaurants. I like the fast food occasionally but a more formal place to eat would be nice. read more

Okay, okay. It doesn't have the best selection for an outlet mall, but i attribute that to the mall being fairly new. I'm sure more retailers will move in as it grows. But I absolutely love the design of this place! It's got a gorgeous layout that's designed to allow you to walk around in mostly shaded areas. It also has a fun outdoor play area for kiddos with lots of seating. They're adding new stores and eateries all the time, so it's fun to play the game of "what will be new here today?" Probably the best part of it is the convenient location. I fear it's going to put the Foothills Mall out of business, but I'm kinda okay with that because this outlet is closer to me and definitely nicer/more upscale than Foothills. They still need to secure a few more stores (please, please bring a Polo outlet to Tucson!!!!), but overall I'm quite a fan of the place! read more

I love outlet malls, and this one is great. Anytime I need something in a hurry, I head over to get it. Tip: if you watch for the red tag sales at Adidas, you can get some tennis shoes for as low as $11 sometimes. I've done that twice now! read more

Nice little outdoor mall, which is similar to the ones they have up in Phoenix, but my biggest complaint here is the lack of restaurants. Again, this is a relatively new mall so I'll cut it some slack, but they need to get more stores and nicer restaurants. Also, it is a very obscure location in Tucson. Wish they would have put it the center of Tucson that way it would be more available. read more

Ok so first of all I loved the set up, Very nice play area I you have kids and a few of the normal outlet mall stores. If I had to give one blah I would have to say not as many food places as I would like to see but with the signs seems like there are more to come. read more

Lots of parking and easy freeway access. Limited options to dine. I consider this to be a small to medium size outlet.

I will never return. I went there with my sister to get a few shirts and to check out the new stores today. The mall security followed me on segues as well as told shop owners to keep an eye on me and my sister. Our shopping experience was less than exciting simply because every time we were in a store they followed us, told store owners to follow us, and waited for us on the outside of store. I asked the store owners why they were following me and they simply just said its for the safety of the business. I have pictures of the incident and will be making sure that the people in my circle do not return. I have a rather large circle as a U of A student, campus radio DJ, as well as an Apple employee. read more

The stores so far are okay. The only reason this review is getting 3 stars is because their is a wider variety at Michael Kors and Aldo than their respective Tucson mall and la enchanteda locations. If you like malls in general, by all means come here, but overall just meh. At least until they add more. read more

Prices a bit expensive, but then these outlets are all name brands. If name brands are important to you this is the place otherwise try the Wal-Mart on Cortero. Disappointed in the number of restaurants in the mall, but I imagine there will be more selection outside the mall in the next few construction phases on the property. Heard there may be a box store. Was hoping Macy's, but rumor has it perhaps a home improvement store such as Lowes or Home Depot which is good too. The setting is beautiful. Will be anxious to see the rest of the development and what is in store to enjoy. Perhaps then my rating will improve. read more

Great shopping and clean safe environment! Can not wait for it to fill up with other great outlet stores. It needs more restaurants and a sports bar for the husbands to hang out while the wife shops. Heard they will be adding hotels soon which will make this a great destination for weekends. Way to go Marana keep growing this great area! read more

Drove out here looking for some weightlifting shoes for me and him. Nice clean place. Even the family restrooms were clean when we needed to change the little one. Obviously because it's an outlet, prices are a little higher and some stores don't have great customer service. Felt safe walking around here as I could see two mall cops patrolling on their segways. There is also a small food court with Sbarro, Chicken Nuevo, Wetzel Pretzel, and a few more. Stores we checked out here were Converse, Nike, Old Navy, Adidas, & Under Armour. read more

Okay- here's the deal. This outlet doesn't necessarily compare to the one in Phoenix. It's smaller but to give them the benefit of the doubt, they recently opened. I'm assuming they will continue to expand and open more stores as time goes on. My two must haves are Michael Kors and Coach Outlet. I would love to one day have Kate Spade but I worry that it's a pipe dream. Overall, I was impressed with Saks Off 5th opening- they were generous with discount coupons and my husband and I saved quite a few bucks. Kudos. read more

Nice exteriors , looks very nice the seats are very comfortable , but the food court just have 4 businesses, the food court was very clean the outdoor musicians are excellent, nice fancy stores coach mk underarmor and other brands , i wish to have hollister sephora or ulta, Victoria secrets read more

Saturday night concerts are very nice. The music is close to the food court. They could use more seating, but very enjoyable way to spend a Tucson fall evening. read more

Tucson Premium Outlets - Great fall evening for music ! - Outlet Stores Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

It is an outdoor mall and could use some shaded areas - seriously, metal chairs in 106 degree heat with no overhang covering? So know what stores you want to hit when you go and park near them. That being said, I scored HUGE bargains on a Tuesday afternoon - at Sax 5th, Kate Spade, Avenue, and Dress Barn. The Avenue store was larger than any I have seen, with tons of clothes. The only rude place was Brooks Brothers. Went in to look and they didn't even say hello or ask if they could help. I know I was dressed super casual and looked a hot mess - it was 105 degrees- but I am an attorney and could afford their clothes. Anyway, this was about the mall. read more

We were on a mission for shoes today and ventured out to this mall. We were very pleased with all of the store selections and pricing. The mall was inviting and there was a small play area for children. The food selections seemed to be pretty standard for a mall. We will be returning for future shopping trips! read more

The mall looks great but there are only a few shops I visit! Coach, Under Armour, Calvin Klein and a few other stores. I usually like to go to Saks off 5th but this will be the last time I go there. Nobody said a word to me in the entire store unless I asked for help. My colleague and I went to the mall and she planned on buying a nice purse while I looked at sunglasses and watches. I asked a woman for assistance with a couple items and she made it seem like a major inconvenience! I will never step foot in this store again. Sorry to say but customer service goes a very long way. This store lacked any professionalism. I would have easily spent a couple hundred dollars and my colleague would have easily spent more than that but we both walked out of the store without buying a damn thing. The one thing positive thing I can say is that the ladies at Coach are fabulous and have helped me with several purchases. I really hope Saks 5th sees my review and works on customer service for future guest. read more

Eeeh, Tucson Premium Outlets was a rather anti-climactic place. I though it would bigger and more stores would be open. Good location off the freeway. Sort of in the middle of nowhere. read more
