Very cheap shoes!!! And a huge variety on the back wall area. It is a must buy for sure!

If I could leave a zero review I would leave it, terrible customer service, no one wants to help or offer solutions when problems arise in the store, the one who calls herself a manager, someone named "AJ" from the store, does not know what the word service means to the client and even less the word solution, I am completely sure that in day of training, well, if she went through one, because I honestly doubt it, i'm pretty sure she fell asleep during the customer service training. Most of those "workers" who are in that store should NOT work there. They spend their time gossiping instead of assisting people to find the product they need, those who called themselves managers and not knowing how to solve a problem should reconsider if this is really the job they want to have. I had the most interesting shopping experience at this Nike outlet store. I enjoyed it! First of all, do not shop for Nikes at any other shoe store at this Sierra Outlet Mall as their prices are NOT outlet prices. For my specific shoe, the Monarch Air IVs, were the same price as any regular retailer at two of the shoe stores I stopped in there ($68). At the Nike Factory Store, my shoes were $57, sale prices at regular retail stores. So I found my shoe, but they had it in two of the three color schemes. The one missing was the one I wanted. I asked an employee if they had any in the back. She checked and they didn't have any. She said that they could order it and have it shipped free to my house. OK. Done deal. So I tried some on for sizing and she (Amanda) went to get a mobile POS unit on which she ordered my shoes. (This looked like a iPhone 4s with a special modular unit.) She waited patiently on me and focused her attention completely on me while serving me. This was while I was trying on two sizes of shoes and trying the first one again. And here's the cool part. She ordered it right there and then for me. I then paid for it right then and there using Apple Pay. OK, how cool is that? Didn't have to go to a register, didn't have to go to a Customer Service desk to order it. Right there. She then asked if we were going to do any other shopping, to which we said we were going to browse a bit, so she said she would print out our receipt and find us to give it to me. And by doing the online survey, I received a $10 Nike gift card that I need to use in the next couple of months. This was at an outlet store. I didn't expect such great service here. So, yes, get your Nike brand clothing here at the Nike Factory Store. Their outlet prices are a tad under regular retail stores' sale prices. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? I came here in search of good sales on shoes one Sunday afternoon, and was not disappointed as there was a large selection to be had that were very well priced for my budget. I sometimes wish that the employees here did a better job managing it. It can be a pretty busy and unruly place at times. On my last visit, I had to contend with with unruly patrons and children screaming bloody murder. One child, who was pitching a fit, even ended up accidentally smacking me on the side of the head hard enough to knock my hearing aid out of my ear. This was done in full view of a staff person, who was busy arranging shoes. However, that situation was an anomaly. For the most part, my experiences here have been great. There is always a great selection of shoes here, and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend coming here if you are in search of shoes at a reasonable price. read more

I love this store. I can spend some serious money in here. Most of the stuff you find in this store you won't find in any other store. Some stuff is older and some newer. I usually go when they have sales cause you can get most the stuff for half off. Too bad they don't order online. If you're looking for all things Nike this is the place!! read more

Wow. How can you not price match your own Nike.com website. Sad. If it weren't for Nike.com kept giving me errors, I would have bought online. On top of that the employees themselves couldn't order online as well and give me that price. read more

Ugh. Heartbroken after coming here. Why? Well because I've been a loyal Nike fan for the past 5 years. I only buy Nike shoes for working out & i've bought a ton of sports bras from them too. Now? Not so much. We came on a slow night and there must have been at least 15 workers pretending to be 'busy'. And they gave my hubbs and I dirty looks. Not one of them said "hi' to me or asked if I needed help(which I did). It was their loss too because I had some Christmas money to burn so I didn't really care about their prices. I would give this 0 stars if that were an option. Bought a gift for my daughter for Christmas took them back to get the correct size shoe and the dumb manager yes the manager tried to say they could not just exchange the shoes for the same shoes in a different size no one had even checked to see if they had the size. This was only after the first person we met with told my daughter they would give her credit for $30 on an $89 pair of shoes because there was accidentally left in the shoebox by me a gift receipt for the kitchen store not the Nike store... Can you believe it? They were going to give her credit for $30 in the store and take her $89 pair of shoes from her and the credit was not even on a receipt for their own store? Are these people ridiculous or what? They finally searched after my husband made a stink with the manager and she actually finally searched and found the same pair in their store at the size that my daughter needed... Shake my head needless to say we will not be back here... Horrible management... Horrible policies. read more

This place is very hit or miss. Ive been to this store six times and half the time the staff seems very helpful and knowledgable, the other times the staff was just sitting around talking amongst themselves not helping anyone. read more
