Back again in 2025. Have to admit the crowd was light. It was a Wednesday night so lots of people don't come out. I can understand how the owners will make more money in Phoenix because more people will come out and support the team. So Tucson if you want to keep the hockey in the desert come out and support our local team and have a great time!

That's going to wearing our hockeys. They're always in a good game. Lots of fights food is really good cheese. I need a lot of people here from Sierra Vista and Tucson, and it's a really great crowd. It is a plus to get to the season and I do in tonight, and we go to the playoffs and now we have one more night. Let's a win against colorado a last of the two game season

I was invited to attend the season home opener on 10-19-24. My friend scored us really good seats in section 211 -- around the "35 yard line" and about 15 rows back which gave us a line of sight just above the protective plexiglass. I was a little surprised to learn that these (indeed most) seats are around $47. There really are no bad seats in this smaller sports venue, so even the next section up (cheaper?) gives you a decent view of all the action. Despite this being opening night, the arena was maybe only half full. I gotta believe if they offered family-friendly prices for the upper sections (like under $15?) the seats could be sold out. No outside food or drink is permitted. Metal detectors and security will screen everyone upon entry too. Fortunately, there are plenty of vendors - offering sodas, coffees, and alcohol, as well as a variety of food, from hotdogs to pizza to pretzels and cotton candy. The prices aren't too bad (although higher than outside the TCC). Bathrooms are at opposite ends of the horseshoe shaped gangway that lies above all of the seats and hosts all of the vendors. Noise levels (mostly from the music and the announcer) are fairly high. Almost every toddler/infant was wearing headphones. It's not quite rock concert loud but it is fairly constant and can make conversing a challenge. If you you are hearing-sensitive, bring small foam earplugs, just in case. Parking at the TCC for special events (like hockey, concerts, shows) is typically $10-12. If you're willing to walk several blocks, you can often score free street parking.

First time & had a blast !!! Great Atmosphere and experience from start to finish. Parking in garage is $10 with easy access to arena. Staff was awesome, accidently tore my only $20 as pulling from my wallet, cashier still took it. Security was good, operation was smooth and no issues. I do not think that there is a bad seat in the house, good views from throughout the arena. Dusty the Roadrunner kept the crowd hyped, taking pictures with fans and banging the rally drum. Family had a great time despite the hard fought loss in O/T. Lot of action all night from the team on the ice, to the rally team. Look forward to future games as my mom-in-law fell in love with action.

I've been a season ticket member for years (and we have AWESOME seats)! I also have "seen behind the curtain" a bit too as I am Tucson's "Cowbell Guy!" We love going to the games for so many reasons - the players are super friendly to the kids, the Roadrunners staff is incredibly welcoming, the fans give the best high-fives, and the food options at the games are pretty legit! Food Pro-Tip: Start with the tacos and then grab some of the fresh warm mini-donuts for the 2nd period! Tickets Pro-Tip: If you're not a season ticket member and you're coming to a game, buy your tickets AT THE BOX OFFICE! You'll save 50% or more on the price instead of buying them online through Ticketmaster. Seats Pro-Tip: There isn't a bad seat in the house, but once you're in you can look around during the 1st and see where the open seats are. There are almost always seats available you can move to even if you want to sit on the glass! Cowbell Pro-Tip: Bring one! The Roadrunners love cowbells so much they have an official "Cowbell Night" (it's kind of like my own personal Super Bowl)! The games are loud so if you have someone in your crew that is sensitive to noise, I recommend bringing ear muffs. It's not uncommon to see kiddos with them... especially if there's a guy like me with a giant cowbell near by! If you want to eat before the game, I recommend grabbing Mexican food in South Tucson at Micha's OR grabbing a pizza to-go from Caruso's or a burger from Thunder Bacon Burger (both on 4th Ave) and "tailgating" in the church parking lot across from the arena. Tailgating in the Church parking lot is one of our favorite things to do... and, if you see me there, you'll see me in the Cowbell Guy jersey, come over and say hi! It's $10 to park - same as the garage, but supports the Church's mission helping people in need right here in Tucson. Let's Go Tucson!

The games are so much fun! Most of the seats are awesome because the arena is fairly small, so you'll get a great view of the action from just about anywhere. And they're very reasonably priced. The crowd was totally into the game and their team, which made the experience so much more engaging and fun. I'm glad the Roadrunners are downtown. I'll be going to many more games in the future!

Yay! I grew up in northern Minnesota where you learn to walk and then skate. Hockey is in our blood! So you can imagine how excited I was to learn that an AHL team was coming to Tucson and we got our season tickets to support our new team. The season opener did not disappoint with a sell out crowd and tons of enthusiasm our Roadrunner team won 6-5 against Stockton. This is a great venue and perfect for the entire family to attend.

Fun time. Decent hockey! The usual in between period events. The usual promos on breaks. The game was sold out! The energy is fantastic. Great fans. Good to see. The Roadrunners played poorly tonight. However it is great to see some good local hockey! Makes for a good night because there are so many wonderful restaurants nearby (walking distance) that you can go to before or after the game. If you park at the game it is $10.

There is no better value in Tucson sports entertainment you can bring the whole family and not break the bank. Nonstop excitement and every seat has a good view. They have frequent concession specials. Get out of the house and support our team.

We had the BEST time last Saturday!!! It was the first hockey game ever, for all 4 of us. The game itself was awesome, looking forward to going more often. The crowd was energized and super friendly. The venues staff was nice and helpful. The merchants were nice and speedy. The venue itself was clean and felt safe.

Hour before puck drop, good times.

Man, its great to have hockey back in Tucson! Besides the U of A, Tucson does not have much as sports go, and it's fun to have the option of something different to go to. the arena is very clean and looks great. the prices of the food and drink are a little expensive, but nothing over the top, and you should expect that at any sporting event. They give away a lot of shirts during the game, as well as a few contests the crowd can be apart of. I recommend this to anyone who wants to experience something new and fun. I don't ever watch hockey and I enjoyed myself!!! Just a heads up, dress warm, its obviously cold in the arena. I saw a few people that wish they had thought of that before coming.

Great end location for anyone with neck injuries, no need to turn head to catch al of the action
