Marlene (owner) assessed my unit, gave me an estimate, and then showed up with 2 of her employees to do the clean on the date scheduled. They were professional, courteous, early (but not in a bad way), and got straight to work. They work with precision and speed. I was delighted with the attention to detail and extra touches. It was super fast and the place was sparkling clean. The price was more than fair, especially for the quality. I later contacted Castle Cleaners for a follow up - touch up service a few months later. And most recently, I had them do a move-out clean when I left the apartment. They did such an amazing job that there were no charge-backs from the complex. In fact, I was told the apartment looked better than most when residents move-out, and in fact, looked better than when I'd moved in. I have to agree with that assessment. I highly recommend Marlene and her crew for any housecleaning needs, whether it's a one-time thing or regular services. She is reliable, dependable and delivers high quality service.
