The Medela breast pump was returned to Lullaby Baby in the original packaging within the return window. The breast pump was $1,849.99 and Lullaby Baby has refused to send any refund to me. Amazon customer service stated Lullaby Baby marked the entire refund as "restocking fees". Multiple emails and phone calls have been made. No response has been given to me or Amazon customer support. The store employees have taken my information multiple times and have yet to give me any response. This has gone on multiple months now. Avoid this business at all costs!

But owl tree doesn't separate their baby rack by gender and their clothes are much cuter and you can decide for yourself if it suited your child. The utter disgust on their faces and level of entitlement is unlike anything I've ever seen. Also to add that this store refuses to answer the phone because they are "so busy", but no matter which location you're in, the only time they are busy is during a toy drop, there is no reason to not answer the phone at other stages. Grand Central store today was supposed to have a needoh drop at 3pm. Customers were lined up, no notice was put on their Instagram page, which they swear by to have the latest information (because they don't answer the phone or emails) and the store closed! Before responding to any of these customers, with what was written on their Instagram page, they post an "event" which you then have to grab tickets to be able to buy needohs tomorrow at their Grand Central location. The fact that this was posted first, before issuing an apology to customers that traveled there today and allowing these people first access to tomorrow, they did not have a care for their customers. Extremely disappointing
