Once again, the service is amazing. This is just a really unfortunate accident and we really need our clothes asap. this post is a last ditch effort to try and get the attention of any employee so they can contact us. My name is Matt and my phone number is (604) 230-3378 we have 3 blazers, a suit, a dress shirt, and a dress Thank you

I come here several times where they do an outstanding job in dry cleaning my shirts, suits. I never had any problems when I need dry cleaning. The owner is quite nice and always willing to chit chat. They also offer alternations and repairs as his wife does that type of service. They are open 7 days a week and always on time when I really need to have some urgent dry cleaning. Only thing is that the services that he offers is not the cheapest and is quite expensive.. Better ask how much before you dry clean.

They don't have a change room to try clothing on and have it pinned. I was OK with the measurement and came home, double checked another pair of pants, and I was accurate. I picked up the pants and thought they looked a bit short. I did wear them but wasn't pleased. I finally measured. They had not HEMMED to my measurement. They had CUT to my measurement, then hemmed up. So, really, way too short. I don't think I can do anything to make the pants better. I checked with a fabric store, but they only have cuffs for hoodies and jackets, nothing for pants. I guess the pants are going to the thrift store. $50 down the drain.

Two words to describe the owner: incompetent and arrogant. Do NOT go here, unless you want your…read morethings ruined and be blamed for their mistakes. I had used this shop for a few years, mostly to clean my comforters and some dry cleaning. Couple of weeks ago, I had my parents pick up one of my comforters that I had left with the shop. When they were picking it up, the owner pointed out there were some stains and that he couldn't remove them. My parents trusted the owner and assumed the stains were there before I left it with the cleaners and just brought it home. But when I saw what they brought back, I knew the stains were new -- as can be seen in the first picture, they are a bunch of red splatters right in the middle of the comforter, quite obvious to the naked eye. I did not see such stains when I removed the outer cover to take the comforter to the cleaners. I called the shop later in the same day to inquire, and the owner was quite adamant that it must've been there before as he claimed it wasn't possible that it could've gotten on there while it was in their shop. It was a back and forth of he-said-she-said and wasn't going anywhere, so I just gave in. Unfortunately, on the same day when my parents picked up the first stained comforter, they had dropped off another comforter to have cleaned. So on the phone, I asked the owner to please check the second comforter so that we could establish there were no pre-existing stains. He confirmed there were no stains on the second comforter. Today, my parents picked up the second comforter. I opened it up and voila, THERE WERE STAINS (see second picture with black burnt-looking dot). I called the shop and the same owner picked up the phone. I explained what I found and it was the same kind of response as the first instance -- he said there were no stains when he packed it up after it was washed and didn't understand how there could be stains. He suggested I bring in the comforter to show them the stain so that he could ASSESS if it would be eligible for a refund??? Of course by this point I was furious -- just his whole demeanor around how it could never possibly be their fault and I'm making this up to get some money back??? Acting like he is offering some great customer service to a difficult customer, when really it's them who made mistakes (twice in a row!). I told him he can keep the money but that he should run his business properly. Clearly, there's some sort of issue somewhere in their process that is resulting in poor quality output in recent days, but the owner is too arrogant to admit it and try to do something about it. Instead they will just assume the worst of their customers and act like they are being taken advantage of. I will obviously never go back to this shop for anything, and WARN OTHERS TO AVOID this place as well.

I've…read moreused them for the last 5 years, and I always remember being greeted by a women who actually cared about maintaining a relationship with her customers. This past week it was a younger boy (potentially a relative), and he gave me a lot of attitude over a small discrepancy regarding my clothes. Additionally, he decided to push the blame onto me, and claimed that the price would've been told during drop off. Please note that I have never been told a price during drop off; however, at the same time I have never been so surprised over the bill. Overall I did not have a great experience, and I most likely will not return. In the event that the owner reads this review, they should keep note of the prices that they charge their customers. It is unusual for an item to be $7.50 one day, and then $30 a few weeks later.

Few years ago, my bf notice his shirt did not came back clean. He shrugged if off because his family has been going here for so long. Then, recently, his $100 pants came back from the dry cleaners and had a hole in it. The hole was in the shape of the end of a coat hanger. My bf was fed up and asked his dad to bring it back to the dry cleaners and complain. Given his family been providing business for this place for years, my bf assume things will be corrected, as in a refund for the dry cleaning would at least be provided. However, they charged $5 to his dad for mending the hole. And the mending was bad. This place is horrible. They wreck your clothes. If you come back to complain, they are in denial and then charge you more to correct the issue. You can be a loyal customer who been going there for over 15 years and they will still gave you the middle finger. My bf will not be handing his clothes over for dry cleaning there. He will also do everything he can to ensure his father no longer goes there. Hope they enjoyed losing a loyal customer.
