The entire process from start to finish went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Dana in the Augusta location was our first contact with Tuff Shed. We had a general idea of what we wanted and she helped us fine tune it to exactly what we needed. During the install I had a few questions and she got back to me within minutes with the answers. You won't go wrong with Dana by your side. Kennady helped us set up our install and kept in contact with us throughout. Jean Carlos (in yellow) and Jonathan (in white) arrived at 8am sharp. These friendly and skillfull carpenters worked a full day with minimum breaks before rain stopped the final painting. There was also the tiniest bit of shelving that was missing. Kennady rescheduled the final install for four days later to work with my schedule. Our whole Tuff Shed experience has been great!! We configure sheds from multiple different companies and they were 1 of 2 that reached out about our configuration. For the shed you get it's very reasonable, our other quote for the same configuration was significantly more. The build quality is better then expected. The installer ended up having to build the shed by himself but there were no corners cut. You could tell he took pride in his work and we are very appreciative. We love our shed and will recommend them to anyone looking for a great quality shed. read more
