He took it apart and made a few adjustments and said it shows a little wear but should work. At first it did work but then I was still having problems with it nop opening every time. I called Dan again and he came right out. He looked at it and decided to replace the combination mechanism with a brand new one. Ever since then the lock on the safe now works perfect. It opens each and every time. When Dan came out the second time and replaced the mechanism with a new one he did not charge me a dime. This man really knows his business and was on time both times he came out. I am very grateful to him and his knowledge of repairing combination locks. I would very highly recommend him if you ever need combination lock service. I am extremely happy that I called him.

Sean did some calling around and found that Duman was BY FAR the cheapest for what we needed to have done. I was leery because 'cheapest' often means 'crappiest' in my experience. But for lack of a better plan, we booked an appointment. They were able to come out on Monday after booking only on the previous Thursday which was very convenient. The technician was very professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He was at our house for right around 2 hours and did a great job. Total of 9 locks (including deadbolts and knobs) with new keys for under 200 bucks! I found this very reasonable. We paid by personal check at time of service but they may be able to bill you or take cards, not sure. Would definitely recommend Duman if you need some lock service.
