This location is a decent size, but doesn't seem to have all of its merchandise yet. Oddly enough, it's not even August and they have fall/harvest/Thanksgiving decor out! Me thinks a little early for that. Kirkland's carries a range of home decor - including some furniture, pictures, curtains, candles, etc. The prices are very reasonable and they always have sales and coupons online. New - to me at least - is the Kirkland's "spin to win" app where you can "spin" for your chance at a discount (various amounts) every day. You can download in the app store. I don't ever buy here w/o a coupon or some type of discount!

But I found them here at this store! I was and still so excited about buying them. The staff was pleasantly knowledgeable and helpful. They made my day the minute one of the staff asked me if they can help me find something and I asked about my hydrangeas and they said yes we have them! This nursery is not very big but it has a great staff I was greeted the minute I walked in and within 10 steps was offered help. Also the same staff member let me walk around and browse on my own and came and checked on me after a little bit and explained a lot of the different plants and flowers they offered. The staff was great and never pushy which is great. The nursery also seems very well kept when I brought back my plants to the house to plant them the soil was damp and not dried out at all. Which means they take care of them. Overall I'm happy and will be going back soon for my gardening needs! The prices seemed very on par with Lowes and Home Depot. Then only thing I noticed that was way over priced was the pots. They had one for around $80 and Lowes actually had the exact same one for $50.

Every single piece has been sent in for repairs -- some 2 to 3 times each, for a total of over 5 repairs -- and now, just after my warranty expired, the same problems are back again. When I called warranty support, I was told it would cost hundreds of dollars to fix it. Why would I pay more when they never got it right the first time? One of the repairmen even told me, "They found a cheaper source for their couch motors, and 3 out of 10 from the box don't even work." That explains everything. They lied about making sure the washer they sold us was in good working condition! They sold us a broken washer for over $500!!! Huge mistake trusting this place. I got the washer delivered, which could VERY WELL have been the reason the washer broke, since they didn't put shipping bolts into the back of the washer to ensure no damage to the barrel and washer itself during transport.. I have been out a washer over a week waiting for a stupid shock absorber so I can replace it, and HOPE it fixes the issues I am having. The dumb POS won't fill with water, and made an ugly banging and clicking noise when the drum turned... ended up doing a bunch of looking into it online. Decided opening the back of the washer a few days after I got it was the best idea.. just to see the rear shock absorber is completed broken and not even attached.. completely broken in half. There's a reason there is no return policy. They DO NOT ACTUALLY FULLY MAKE SURE AND CHECK THE APPLIANCE!!! THEY ARE LIARS! They also DO NOT CARE AT ALL, and are RUDE AS HELL! I called to ask a small simple question. I'm a young adult who is a first time W/D owner, and she talked to me like I was fckn stupid for not knowing something when I'm new to doing all this crap.
