From the time the crew arrived, they were all polite and went straight to work. Each man knew his specific tasks, and you could tell from the start their craftsmanship was second to none. My garage is 24 x 30. The lead man Jake told me they would have it done by evening. I was sceptical at first, but they flew right into their work. Much to my surprise, by that evening, they had my garage up and were packing up their equipment ready to head out for their next job! The project turned out better than I had anticipated! Actually a really good one since we ended up ordering a high table and swivel chairs from them. We were NOT in the market for them but they were really nice and price was great. Leroy was our sales person and was very helpful. Actually it seemed like he was very busy. We left a deposit for our custom set and then we received it a few weeks later. Leroy and another person dropped off the furniture. We wanted it on a high deck and he lifted the heavy pieces so I can have them in the exact spot I wanted them. He also made sure it did not get scratched on the way up. He then came up and make sure it was positioned in the exact spot I wanted it. he didn't mind moving it a few times until it was just right. I'm glad he did as the furniture is heavy and sturdy. We were so happy with the quality that my husband called the store (Leroy picked up) and ordered two Adirondack chairs with foot stools. The custom items were dropped off (Leroy again) and places in my unique high location. We are extremely happy with the service and the product. Next we want a large table that seats 8 with swivel chairs. I just need to convince hubby since it's an investment. The prep team came at least 3 times to ensure things would go well as I had a difficult property to navigate including bamboo, steps, slate and a tight space to get the shed into. The owner Scott even came to the site to verify everything and ensure the right amount of wood and rocks were delivered. My yard slopes down, and Matt said he felt they should add a second row of wood to ensure no water running into the shed which also included all the extra rocks to fill the space. This was done without complaint or extra charge. They delivered the day they promised. Matt and Chris were AWESOME throughout the entire process and assisted the mule driver get my shed down the hill to where it would be installed. The shed itself is amazing! It is insulated to keep it cool in the summer and warm in the winter and the attention to detail in the craftsmanship from the Amish builders is second to none. I HIGHLY recommend this business. They are honest, fairly priced and do a great job installing a high quality shed. Don't go anywhere else for your backyard needs!

Mike of Creative Sheds was responsive throughout the process, revising the quote as I changed size, style, and features. More importantly, when Leroy came out for a site inspection, our discussion convinced me that with a bit of path clearance (scrub tree removal) they could pre-assemble and deliver the shed. Which cut about 25% off the price. The shed was delivered yesterday, about a month after finalizing the deal. The delivery man (Keith) was quite expert at moving (with a "shed mule") the 10' x 12' shed the 200 feet from street to shed location. He was creative steering around tree branches (minimizing trimming). Best of all, he avoided a grape vine that was in the pathway. The shed is solidly built, using good SPF framing and solid plywood. Nice touches include magnetic door holds (keep door from closing in the wind), metal plate on front door ledge, and thermal barrier on roof underside. Highly recommended!
