We bought our shed from Phil at Tuff Shed of Memphis. Phil was great to work with, customer service is great. Initially, we stopped in to look at sheds and to get a quote. Phil in his laid back, extremely knowledgeable manner, patiently explained the entire process of purchasing a Tuft Shed from the history to the warranty. Life happened and we had to put our purchase on hold, but Phil gently reached out to us and respected the timelines we gave him. Phil called and invited us to stop in to see him at the local home show, which is when we purchased our shed. We are extremely grateful to Phil for his product knowledge and his customer service in helping our family purchase the correct shed. We bought a 10X12 shed, which was built on my property with no issues from the contractor. However, a couple of the boards were cut show and we are waiting for those to be install. We actually just used our shed on this past Sunday and saw a bit of sunlight through one of the boards, which I will notify Phil of this week. I am in the market to purchase a utility shed for outside storage. It was recommended to me to check with Tuff Shed on Pleasant View Road. I went there to check out their offerings. I was pleased with what I saw, and the prices seemed reasonable. However, the only employee who was there was a truck driver for the company. He was only there because his truck was across the street for repairs. Bless him, he did the best to answer my questions, but he admitted no training in sales. I guess I can't help but think, though, that if a business has no qualified person to assist me when I go to purchase, will they have a qualified person to help me after the purchase? Will they have a qualified person to timely deliver the item to me and get it built? I left my name and number for someone to call me. So far, no one has. I will continue my search for another company that sells the type of sheds I need. Had someone at Tuff Shed been there to assist me, I might would have made the purchase on the spot. Alas . . . . it wasn't possible. read more

Tuff shed of Memphis, Phill was great to work with, customer service is great, I was able to get a 10X14 Shed built on my property with no issues, they built the shed and everyone was polite and professional and explained everything that needed to be done after the build. The day after the shed was built a storm hit my area, High winds and rain did not damage the shed. The first test of bad weather, and it passed.
