So, I would argue, that I do qualify as a repeat customer...and there's good reason for that. My latest issue was electronic. It took the professionals at Tedco less than two hours to delve into the bowels of my Winnebago, diagnose the specific faulty circuitry, swap out a faulted solenoid and call me to pick up the unit. I continue to find the mechanics and technicians at Tedco to be knowledgeable and efficient. And unlike the virtually all the other guys, these people don't break the bank. Tedco RV is the reason, that after eight years of ownership, my unit is still on the road, and not sitting in my driveway or listed on an auto-trader web-site.

The water heater leaked terribly, and although a tech came out and fixed it, there was significant water damage. The roof was allegedly sealed, but only 2 years later there were leaks everywhere and the seal across the rear of the vehicle opened up. I woke up one morning to a cascading sheet of water that soaked the matteress, ruined the bedframe and seemed to compromise the integrity of the entire unit. The incorrect rubber was used around the slide out...they require specific size and type. It wasnt long before there were holes on the floor and ruined carpet at either end. After my rig sat in their yard for 3 weeks, I called to check up on it. They didn't even know who I was or what motorhome I was talking about. I was concerned and went to check on it, discovered that someone had started peeling out the rubber seal around one window...not what i had come for! It was 6 weeks before I got my RV back, $3600 and it was in better shape before i brought it to them. I was new to the world of RVing, but know better now. Shame on Executive RV.

I had emailed them 2 times just to get some info about an older Volvo motor and possibilities regarding it's issue. They never responded so I called them yesterday, and after they found the 2nd email, they answered the questions. So I said please respond to the email. Then today I got a call from a Brandon, while he told me of the possibilities on the phone, he would not put anything in writing, i.e. email response, not even that there are a lack of parts for this motor. I've had good luck dealing with these guys in the past, but I don't know about this Brandon guy and his boss. Finally, upset I did call a 3rd time after being hung up by him twice, and he told me after talking to his boss that they would pass on looking at it, even though they work on Volvo boat motors. Very surprised and disappointed with these guys. Honestly, I hate posting negative reviews and prefer to post 5 stars as I often do for people, but I don't know how anybody can say West Coast Marine Services didn't earn this 1 star! Still waiting for Dave to return the $500 he overcharged on a Generac home generator. It's been two…read moreyears. Dave is the principal owner of the business and recently got into the home generator business as a distributor and installer of Generac products. I signed off on an estimate / contract with him to install Generac's largest residential generator. Other than delivering the home generator unit and sub-contracting the gas and electrical hook-ups, I basically had to step in as the general contractor and work with the gas / electrical guys because he would not return phone calls to them or to me. In fact, I had to contact Generac directly to set the generator up and get the 10 year warranty he was supposed to secure for me as part of his estimate and contract. Even his own staff told me privately that he is over his head and not very good with customer support. I do not recommend Ocean West.
