When I went to pic it up magically the tarp had been shredded in a wind storm just days before and they hadn't had any rain ......... when I opened my RV I had standing water on the floor and bed. I had an issue with my dilapidated RV leaking badly over my bed. I called RK and the gentleman was kind enough to come over as quickly as possible and gave me a quote that I found very reasonable and could afford and he repaired the leaks. I had told him that there were some leaks above the newly-installed vent but for whatever reason he felt that the leaks were coming from the back. So when it started leaking again by the vent and this time on the other side of my bed I asked him to come back and finish the job. He asked to see the photos that our family friend had taken to show me where the leaks were coming from in case I found someone to fix it. RK only looked at the first picture and went up to seal around the vent. I told him there were other places above the vent that were leaking he said he would do his best. I won't be calling him back if you are desperate he's one to call but I wouldn't suggest it as he doesn't complete the job and tends to be sarcastic he wanted to know why I didn't hire someone from the mission to do the work. I wanted someone who was professional and would do a reliable job. RK also wanted to know why I didn't have the family friend do the repair. That is none of his business. He doesn't know what the family friend has to deal with. He was hired to do a job and it wasn't done completely. He did get the major leak of which I'm very pleased with but not with the incomplete job and with ignoring what I was saying to him. you get what you get I guess

Still waiting for Dave to return the $500 he overcharged on a Generac home generator. It's been two…read moreyears. Dave is the principal owner of the business and recently got into the home generator business as a distributor and installer of Generac products. I signed off on an estimate / contract with him to install Generac's largest residential generator. Other than delivering the home generator unit and sub-contracting the gas and electrical hook-ups, I basically had to step in as the general contractor and work with the gas / electrical guys because he would not return phone calls to them or to me. In fact, I had to contact Generac directly to set the generator up and get the 10 year warranty he was supposed to secure for me as part of his estimate and contract. Even his own staff told me privately that he is over his head and not very good with customer support. I do not recommend Ocean West.
