Was now told it'll be 7-10 more days before I get the glasses.was told to be grateful that I'm getting them at all. That they don't make money on glasses they done it as a favor to me. Spoke with the owner concerning the way customers are being treated. She defended her employee. And that she does not want any of CSX railroads business anymore. So if you want to be treated extremely rude and disrespectful. And don't care if you need your glasses in a reasonable amount of time or who knows if I will get them at all now. Go see these folks they won't help you out!

There were two young women working but they didn't seem interested in helping us. I got one of thems attention and she came over and we told her what we were needing and she said well they just go around the back of your head not around your neck. And she said we were not supposed to open the packages. I could tell she was done working with us. So we walked out and she walked away.

I specifically asked him if everything worked correctly. He said yes, his wife wanted a gas stove instead. He said the only thing the stove needed was a little bit of cleaning. We brought the stove home, and it didn't work. Turns out it needed a new control board, and the Dr. Frye new it. I emailed him and he never responded back! The little bit of cleaning - took 2 days to clean the baked in filth that was in the oven! Not to mention the control board cost an additional $300.00. So not only does this guy lie, he will take your money, and leave you having to pay more to correct what he ripped you off of! If his office needs a little cleaning - call the health department. This guy doesn't know clean from a sewer! And if he will lie and cheat me, he will lie and cheat you!!!

Soooo i needed a new laptop and to ship 2 items. I ship these items 2x per week fir the last year…read more Its a set of test equipment and we have 5 sets, all shipped weekly. Set them on the counter and after a few minutes they realize theres a customer and one walks over. Asks me what im shipping. I told him a test set. He stated it probably has batteries we aren't shipping that. Seemed he didnt want to work. Told him no batteries. He asked whats it worth, i assumed for insurance, i said $5k. He said "nope cant ship it" i showed him 6 labels including the one where it was shipped to me. At this point i was frustrated and was starting to believe the incompetence was malice. I called my warehouse and got permission to ship without insurance. Asked for a mgr. He came to the desk i told him i didnt need insurance and the value was $1. He said "no we arent shipping it because you said $5k first" then sarcastically grinned at me and said..."have a blessed day" i responded with "shut up" -not a proud moment but he caused me an extra 40 minutes of driving and i was catching a plane. Once I told him that I was here (from Texas) for a reunion and had old family photographs to scan from various relatives, he looked again and found a cable that would work with my scanner.
