We delivered dirt to this company. The owner Ted does not handle his business properly. We…read moredelivered him multiple loads of dirt within two days he had a check on the first day the second day he said he would get us a check and we trusted that he would be truthful. We sent him emails, text him and called to follow up and he said he sent a check. We never received one. We do not accept partial payments so we didn't deposit his check until he said he wasn't paying us anymore money even though he still owed for the second day haul. We were worried we weren't going to get paid for any of it. The only check that he wrote us returned due to insufficient funds. We were also charged a return check fee and we added that to his past due invoice and he refused to pay the return check fee. When the owner of the company went to meet Ted he got angry and started talk bad about our office people which we are a small business and that is the owners daughter and wife. After he tried to not pay the correct amount once again the owner of F&S told him he was a crook and Ted said "God bless." Using his false persona to make things "all better". Truth is we should have never trusted this guy and believed he would take care of his business. So I guess if you want to make money by not paying your bills and not have good faith based Christian Values then attend this school.

Which, she should be the one to sell if she's licensed. She was completely unethical & super unprofessional when I got there with my agent for our final walkthrough. She had her ENTIRE family there including crying children running all over the place, not a single thing was packed. I had everyone's eyes on me as I was trying to prepare to move in the next day. She was trying to be sneaky through the entire process of purchasing her home including not disclosing the contingency on her other home. SHE BREACHED OUR CONTRACT THE DAY OF CLOSING WHILE I WAS ALREADY AT APEX TITLE WAITING TO SIGN!!!! While speaking with several different agents, they all knew the Trouble I got myself in by trying to work with her due to her reputation. This lady has absolutely 0 respect. Judged me by my age. was absolutely hateful. & to top it all off, while trying to get her to sign my release of contract & disbursement of earnest money, she wanted to be a complete CHILD & go back & forth "I won't sign until you sign" trying to prolong my earnest.
