I've been going to Tulsa for a few years now as they are my to go to for my brows. Tulsa is a wonderful woman who cares about her customers and goes out of her way to make sure they are happy with her service. The girls do a great job and I love that they have a punch card (the seventh one is free). I got my brows messed up when I was hopping around other places and let them know and they made sure to leave some hairs so that my brows could grow back evenly each time they threaded them. Problem: all the new staff is young & inexperienced at styling eyebrows based on your natural eyebrow shape. They are not worth $8! Have not come back since owner is no longer there. Wax: Brazilian wax was good experience; would come again. They increase their price by $8... Seems unnecessary since they added more services. Too many staff members on payroll. read more

Love this place! No appointment needed for eyebrow threading. They're quick and cheap! $8 for threading. They do a great job and I liked how they put cooling pads over your eyes and eyebrows afterwards, helps soothe the area! Nice touch! I'll definitely be back! My new regular spot. read more

Wonderful and much less painless then the last place I went. When I walked in I told them I wanted my brows waxed since I found threading painful. She said everyone has a different hand and asked me to let her try. She said if it hurt I could let her know and she would stop right away. She was 100% correct. The pain was much less than I have ever felt, and she did an excellent job. My brows have never looked so good. read more

This place does an excellent job with eye brow threading. I was of customer of them for over 7 years. When it comes to threading they are professional and great at it. However, customer service is just as important aspect as talent and that's something they lack. My most recent visit I got my eye brows threaded and my upper lip waxed. I've been getting both of those done no issues for years. The most recent time the girl did not check the temperature of the wax causing my lip to get burned. When I went in to speak with the owner about a refund I felt very embarrassed that they tried to blame the burn on my skin. She tried telling me I had rosacea (I don't) and pointed out the acne along my jaw line. Acne is embarrassing enough at any age and had nothing to do with the burn. Acne does not cause your skin to blister. After a bit of back and forth the owner did offer me a full refund but I did not take it. (She originally only offered me the 5$ for the wax and not both services. The argument was that "my eyebrows were fine" but I feel like if your artist causes a second degree burn that should warrant me getting the full 20$ refunded) At that point I felt embarrassed about my skin, worried that my burn would scar, and insecure about all the "issues" with my skin. It's going to be hard to find another place that does eyebrows so well but I can't support a place that would insult a customer like that. read more

They are literally amazing. I would recommend going when the owner Tulsa is there since she does a fantastic job. She recently made the threading price $4 to help her customers who can not afford to pay much for threading. She's legit so considerate about others and clearly cares about her customers more. I went for a simple eyebrow threading I've been growing my eyebrows months for them to destroy less than 5 mins. I asked for an eyebrow tint to cover up how tiny my eyebrows were left I didn't even receive any apology, when I told her I didn't like it. I won't be coming back. I have been going to Tulsa threading since before it was even its own building and was still a kiosk. Never again. Went in for my eyebrows. Saw there was a $15 eyelash special. Asked the girl and she said yeah it's extensions. Cool for $15 what could go wrong, right? Well first of all it's not eyelash extensions. It's fake individual lashes from sally beauty and glue. That's it. That's bs. That's not eyelash extensions. Even worse she got glue in my eye so I asked her to stop and she said it's fine just hold a fan. At the end my eye was still burning and I asked her to remove them and she blamed me and said it was my fault they were burning. She then said even with removing them she was going to charge me. Never going back and hope no one else does either. Btw girl who did all this was named Raj. I will be calling to complain directly to the owner because this is unacceptable. read more

Super cute place with a ton of services, on the cheaper end of threading so definitely worth a stop. The ladies that work the place are nice and always give me tips how to get my eyebrow hair to grow back better from years of waxing. read more

My first time trying this place and I had an awful experience. I got a full face waxing and left with irritated, red, and burning skin. I got burned bruising (extremely bad) on my cheeks and around my eyes. I'm very frustrated and angry because this happened days before attending a wedding. Nina tried to justify my bad service on my skin sensitivity. However, is everyone skin thinner or more sensitive on cheeks and around the eyes? On a positive side, she is friendly and try to alleviate my pain and discomfort. The establishment ambiance is very nice. I would not recommend based on my experience.
