I have been contemplating whether I should leave a review, and so, a week later, I am. I really would love to star something higher, but just can't. I went to Doll's to buy henna cones for Karwa Chauth. Her cones were not super extraordinary, they were small, but they did give good color. (Hence the 2) The problem I feel is that the price for her cones are theft! The cone itself says 10 rupees, RIGHT ON IT! ...but she charged $5 for each cone!! I bought 2...$10 versus the 30 cents it actually costs in dollars....and I do understand it's a business and there is to be profit made...but this was a TOTAL rip off!! I am hoping the owner will take consideration and decrease her mendhi cones' price to even half the price. On a side note, I have never had any services performed here. I would like to share, her salon looks nice and clean inside, and she was wearing a mask while serving me. The business does look like it is abiding by the COVID regulations set forth by the state. read more

This is your must stop shop for eyebrow threading! Dolly is the owner of the salon and does great eyebrow shaping every time. The best part is she actually listens to you for what shape you want and now thick/thin you want your eyebrows to be. Would highly recommend it! Tip: Call ahead to see how long the wait is before going in. read more

WORLDS WORST WORST WORST SALON EVER!! I gave given them multiple chances because not only are they local small business part of Naperville/Plainfield community but they promise that they will do the next service flawlessly. I regularly go to them to get my eyebrows done they are fairly reasonable but they are more focused on having a conversation rather then doing their work correctly & accurately. My sister goes every 3 weeks to get a facial done & regular Services, & while waxing they burnt her face !! She is getting married in 4 months & have managed to scar her !!! Please save yourself & don't go to them. read more

I went to this salon and the lady did my eyebrows and forehead and when I came home my forehead was stinging.. next morning I called Nd told her that I have cuts all over.. she said it's never happened before your the only one.. Nd accuses me of lying and always complaining.. wouldn't u complain if u had cuts everywhere? Horrible customer service and horrible work! Plus too expensive. read more

This place was great! Super friendly and welcoming when I walked in. They sat helped me immediately after I arrived. I got the eyebrow threading and it was my first time and it couldn't have gone better. At the end, it was a total $5, basically a steal. Also, they gave me a punch card so after 10 times I get the 11th time free! One thing is there is a minimum of $10 purchase to use your card, so make sure to bring cash. RUDE OWNER, Bad services and no respect for clients. 3 very BAD experiences, so WILL NOT be returning ever...gave enough benefit of doubt. And expect no honoring of appointments. For an appt made weeks ago, they started 30 min late. A 40 min appt (as told on phone) became almost 2 hrs. When asked how long it will take, owner snapped back. Forget apology, she started shouting almost. The logic given by her was 'this is normal, even at Dr.s offices'. Had to finish the service, so I did not say anything but 'thats ok, I understand'. It's one of the worst places I have been to! Dolly was very unprofessional and rude. She does a good job with eyebrows and eye make-up but the rest of the make up and hair were done very poorly. The worst part was that when she was told what I needed she got defensive and did not care for customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I had been to this place couple of days back to do my hair high light. Not only the work done was so pathetic, and also she charged way higher. When asked about it, she was so rude and responded so unprofessionally.
