They guaranteed a crown, the crown popped off, I need it back on right away, no one there to help. They claim to open at 8am on Fridays on their website, no one answers the phone, call goes to a voice mail that doesn't even mention their office name, just says "voicemail box 5064" or something like that, really unprofessional. I tried driving there to walk in, doors locked. Someone finally answers the phone at 8:35, I'm told, they're not open, and there is no doctor to help me, she said "we're not open on Fridays" whereas it doesn't say that anywhere on their website or online. Then she says the soonest they can get me in for an emergency crown repair is a week away!!! The rude receptionist literally said "I don't know what you want me to do." I've personally had nothing but problems with this office. The State of Oklahoma should look into their operation, I am filing complaints with all pertinent authorities. I was recommended to see Dr Stephanie Finchum at this location. I had a tooth in the front of my mouth that had a cavity. I went to a local dentist and within a month the filling fell out, but the work was guaranteed so I went a second time within two months the cavity filling fell out again. So I tried another dentist in my town. She too guaranteed her work. Her facility was beautiful but alas the filling fell out again within a couple of months. I had her put it back, but in couple of months later it fell out. When I was talking to a girlfriend, she told me I just needed a better dentist and my filling wouldn't fall out. ....Dr. Flinchum is clear across town for me but I had someone tell me she was good. I made an appointment and was pleased. That was three years ago... Guess what?The filling is still perfect! I am able to drive on the expressway clear across town. It really doesn't take very long at all and now I have her working on Invisalign. She does quality work on her staff is nice. read more

Scammers! A little bit of a background... I received a My dentist promo in the mail: $59 for a routine checkup. Fortunately for me, my mother noticed the coupon on my counter and inquired as to whether I was going there. "Be careful," she warned. "Your father went there once and while he was sedated and unable to write a check, they filled in a $1,000 check for him and simply had him make a mark he was capable of making in the signature portion. We had to fight the charge for a while until they finally gave it up." I still kept the appointment, but I went to it with that in mind... Now, although I don't regularly visit the dentist I take precise care of my teeth. I floss regularly and brush at least once a day. I also periodically use a scraper to remove any excess placque. But upon my visit to this place, the My Dentist staff was quick to point out the numerous dental problems that I have. Firstly, though I have perfectly straight teeth, and never even had braces as a kid, they were quick to advise me that I need either Invisalign or headgear to wear at night while I sleep. They also claimed to find 5 cavities that needed to be filled "immediately." Finally, they said I hade some chipping on my teeth that would look much better if they performed a procedure on them (the chipping does exist, albeit it is incredibly minor and only noticeable to a dentist who is closely examining). All in all, immediately after my examination, they had three dentists surround me and try to get me to schedule another appointment and sign off on $650 of dental work. Politely, and because I had been forewarned, I said "no, thank you." That was around two months ago. And I've had no problems with my teeth since. DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THIS SCAMMERS!!! read more

So, I do recommend this place. My tooth broke and I came running back! They got me right in! Dr Stipe and staff are nice and know how to fix what is wrong. I do recommend that you make sure you want to do everything they recommend. I think they recommend some things that can wait or that aren't necessarily important. I feel you could find a cheaper place, but not one that offers so many services and convenience. read more

I had an initial visit for exam and cleaning. I will not be going back. I don't like that they said I needed at least 8 caps. They submitted the request in to my insurance, the request was declined in total. I felt I was being recommended for unnecessary services in order to make money. The staff was polite enough. Recommend going to a different dental group. read more

When I first started my new smile process I loved this place. I had DrHannah who was fantastic. She left the practice and now the dentist here is not my favorite. I am about to finish my process and then I will be switching. The dentist here has no manners and unprofessional. They lied to my face about coverage until it was too late and I was in the hole for A THOUSAND DOLLARS. I told them no to the service they offered because I wasn't sure I'd be covered...they insisted...so I asked them to make sure for me. They told me I was absolutely covered and reassured me until i handed over the money THEN sent me a bill for another 500 dollars ON TOP of the 400 i was promised would be all i needed. MyDentist Midtown told me that they sent the second bill because was because my insurance wouldn't cover me. Why didn't my insurance cover me? BECAUSE THE INSURANCE HAD SENT MYDENTIST MIDTOWN A FAX SAYING THE SERVICE WASN'T COVERED BEFORE THEY EVEN STARTED. HOW CAN YOU DO THAT TO SOMEONE?!? They try and lie their way into getting more money even when they have to take immoral routes to do so. I have no idea how I can be at fault for this... i literally did everything i could to make sure I was covered... i saved for 6 months to even afford the first 400... They're scammers and they have no qualms with getting your money threw lies and deceit. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. read more

I have been coming here for about 5 years. Dr. Stipe is a very kind and generous dentist. I always feel welcomed and appreciated when coming to the office. All the ladies that help with scheduling are really friendly and always give me appointment that works for my personal schedule. The front desk is so sweet they acknowledge me before I can even get through the door. Dr. Stipe and the girls in the back are so caring, they always ask about my family and seem to care about their well being. I was overcharged by $100+ on a visit earlier in 2017 to fix cavities. I thought it seemed high at the time. When I went back for followup procedure to fix the rest of the cavities, I was told while I was sitting in the damn chair that I had the credit 'on my account' -- but I couldn't use it until my next visit. What the hell? Am I being held hostage now? It honestly feels like it. I can't use the extra money I already paid to help pay this time? I was in pain so I just paid my new balance without my credit, begrudgingly. About a month later I get the claim from my insurance company. I call about it and sure enough, they over charged me ANOTHER $110. That's an average of $110 per visit that I'm being overcharged. Swallowing my frustration, I call Brenda in finance at that MyDenstist Midtown office. Is it just me, or does she seem unhappy that I have the facts and I know I overpaid? I ask her to submit the request to the home office so they can cut me a check for what I am owed. I tried my best to be pleasant, but at this point I feel like I'm being jerked around. She submits the request, tells me it'll be 4-6 weeks until I get my check in the mail. She sounds happy about that, too. Well, as of last week, It had been 5 weeks. I called the home office to make sure my check was on its way. The representative from the main office looked me up, and sure enough, Brenda didn't check the right box or whatever, so my check was never on its way. WOW. I'm appalled at this office's lack of efficiency. I don't understand why I've been repeatedly fucked around at this office. I'll never ever come back. Even though I like Dr. Stipe, he has a good sense of humor and gets things done in a usually timely fashion, he always provides a good explanation of what's going on with my teeth, my faith is totally lost because the finance/insurance department up front is utterly useless.
