Ok now as a 30yr old i remember going to toy stores for special occasions, i remember getting the toys r us catalogs to circle the things i wanted for Christmas. I remember begging to go and get 'one little thing' i remember getting kicked out of them as a preteen for causing meyham. So i always love to bring my kids into a place like this to see what it was before amazon and ebay! This place was a good size. Legos, blocks, gems stones, sports toys, vehicles, hippy toys, and loads of stuffed animals(i do like them, but not once your kid hits over 3) Looks like a great place to bring the extended family and let them pick something to brighten up their day. Came into tumbleweed toys -just me and my 10 year old- looking for something cute to take home. The options, the options, the options! So many cute displays and variety. We spent about 20-30 minutes browsing and then my daughter picked out 2 cute little $16 stuffed dogs that came with fitted bags and a $6 coloring book- a great price, by the way!- The man at the cash register was friendly, helpful and extremely energetic, which I appreciated, and we made our purchase. When our total came up, I realized I was 3 dollars short -I only had cash- and he was very understanding and patient. I told my daughter to put back the coloring book, and we continued our transaction. We left the store to go to a coffee shop, at which point my daughter started feeling the buyers remorse. She wished she had gotten a large dog plush she had seen in the window, and a small cat toy that looked like her aunts cat. We went back with the receipt- they had a 7 day return policy- and made the exchange. There was no one there for a minute or so, and then a lady came rushing to help. She was just as friendly as the man- I didn't catch either of their name tags- and made the exchange quickly and kindly. With evreything set, we walked out of the store, my daughter cuddling her stuffed animals, and me smiling at the receipt, looking back on what a good deal I had gotten for the two toys. Love this store, been here a few times and it has always been pleasant and fun. Good prices, amazing and helpful staff members, and again, the variety of toys is incredible. Loved this store! Customer service was super friendly and helpful. Both of my kids ages 6 and 8 found items that they loved. I felt like pricing was on par with any other small boutique type toy store. Board game selection is awesome-we added to our Ticket to Ride collection. Stuffy selection is on point- my daughter had a heck of a time trying to decide on which stuffy to take home. Location is lovely in the Sunriver Village. All in all, a super fun shopping experience! read more

Woah! My kid was in absolute heaven here. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They had toys for literally every age. Great puzzle selection also! Prices were totally reasonable. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I am visiting from out of town and just went to the store at 9:30am and the door was locked even though it is supposed to open at 9am. The owner came to the door and said "we actually don't open until 9:30am because of staffing reasons." I looked at my phone and said "okay it's 9:30am." And he starts yelling at me saying "well we're not open yet until the employee gets here OKAY??!!" In a very aggressive and rude tone. Completely unacceptable! Do not give them any business! read more

Nice, unique selection of toys that would keep your child entertained and provoke their brain. BUT the prices were outrageous!! They wanted $3 for a tiny 2 inch rubber boat and $4 for a typical rubber ducky. I could buy that from Target for like $1. It is in a tourist location and of course they need to make a profit, but it was just so ridiculous it was redonculous. And I never use that word. I would buy from here again because they did have an excellent selection and I do like keeping local businesses in business, but goodness. Worker was very friendly. read more

Wonderful selection and amazing service, I bought a dress as a gift for my granddaughter on vacation to Bend, only to realize it was too small. The Manager was so kind and send me a size bigger via mail while I was mailing my original back. Saved the day and such a great assortment of clothing and toys for little ones, I also purchased a purse and sunglasses which completed the outfit and cannot thank you enough for your customer service and quality of products. They have a good selection of toys and their prices are fair (a little high but that is to be expected in a tourist area). We went in several times during our stay in Sunriver. The ladies that worked there were very nice and seemed to enjoy helping my children find their toys. However, our experience quickly changed when we went in on the evening there was a man working the counter. My daughter picked up a toy sword and he immediately came over yelling to "look at the sign - I posted it right here". The sign was inside the shelf and on top of that she is four-years-old she can't read the sign. He then proceeded to follow us around the store until we finally left. We did not return for the remainder of our stay and we do not plan on returning. read more
