If I could give this place a zero i would! It is in the ghetto but a smoke shop that I'm pretty sure they own too. The owner doesn't even try to give you good pictures and when you do get pictures you can barely tell what anything is! Then she gives you expired formula at the end like that would ever make the whole experience better. The lady is seriously rude and makes it a terrible experience. This is a special time so don't ruin it there. They are on groupon and I'm sure it's because they are about to get shut down. I found this place on groupon and was excited. I read up on some reviews and they were not good ones. I was a little nervous going in but thought I only paid $25. I was a little surprised to find out I had to pay $9 extra for a difference and tax, which was never mentioned on the phone or on groupon. They were pretty friendly and they took me to the room and my baby was not being good and was hiding behind the placenta. Jenna tried and tried to get good pictures but the baby was being a little brat. She told me to go to the restroom see if that would help and tried different position and nothing. She gave me some pictures but not good ones. I was really bummed but I know she really tried. While I was outside waiting for my free gift and my dvd i asked if it was to late to get the stuff animal with the baby's heartbeat. She said no I can out you back on the monitor real quick to do that. So we did and to our surprise baby was in a good position to get better pictures. She must of took like 6-7 more pictures and she said good thing you wanted the heart beat. I left pretty happy and excited to see my baby. I had a good experience. read more

I don't even want to give this place 1 star. This place was trash and was a very bad experience. The staff is not professional, and the lady Jenna who did my ultrasound was the definition of ghetto. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Waste of my money. Every thing i said the lady Jenna came back at me with some rude ass remark. I'm so disappointed. I absolutely love this place!! Customer service is amazing! From the easy accommodations to schedule via text and the attention they give you when you are there I can't say enough. I did see other reviews saying they were behind and when we got there it was very chill and quiet they were busy; however keep in mind they don't rush you! I loved that and considered that as we waited. The staff is friendly and I will definitely be going back to find out the gender and get more prints! read more

At first I wasn't sure if I wanted to come here , because I couldn't find many of the 3D pics they took and I never heard of them. But my mom bought me a package from groupon for Christmas to do the 16 weeks gender reveal. We set our appointment for December 23. Well I wanted to confirm it since I made the appointment online because I couldn't get ahold of anyone when I called . So I facebook messaged them and they told me it was confirmed . I asked them what did I need for the groupon . The lady told me they could only do a certain amount a day , so I was mad because I didn't see where I was supposed to put the groupon code. Long story short, they fixed the problem and let me still come in the same day. I waited for about an hour or more , but I did come early and their sign does say it can be a 30 minute wait . But Britney did my sonogram and she was very nice . The pictures came out good , even though my baby was only 16 weeks so baby's tiny. She told me I was having a girl which is 100% confirmed by a blood test . So I will definitely be coming back to do more 3D ones when I'm further along ! read more

Found tummy time for my wife and i while looking through Groupon. Took around 6 times before they responded. They sounded professional on the phone and appologized said it was do to remodeling. Walked in with my wife the day of the appt and got no greeting and the desk. It appeared to be the owners (man and woman) and the reseptionist. I'm very high on costumer service and didn't feel it there. While waiting to get our 3d sonogram we heard the owners and some guy talking about what they should don't improve there business, like add a picture to the there business. I don't like to get in others business but it was quite and they were loud. Then the lady owner starts talking about going out on the weekends and only going to gay bars. Personally, I don't care what someone does but I don't want to hear personal stuff. Theres a time and a place for everything and it was not it. No stars had to return 3 times and still nothing we paid they kept our video had very shity poor picture quality. Every time my daughter would hear the technician she'd stop moving wouldn't let her get pics of her I personally didn't get good vibes from her either she looked at us in discuss we didn't feel like we were at a place of family orientated or supported establishment. Jenna told us a price last time we were there so we bring the exact amount she told us the difference would be and guess what she claimed she never said that which we had 3 witnesses that heard her say that same amount then tried to claim that we miss understood. Then we went back in and got our deposit back being how wrong of her to mislead and lie to us just to make a quick buck and we drop 30 minutes one way 3 different times because Jenna couldn't do her job properly the first time. So I recommend heavily to not get the Groupon to this "business" totally a huge waste of time and Jenna makes all tummy times look bad and FYI she's a very unprofessional ghetto fab Hispanic that cares more about herself then her customers which was made clear when we had 3 different experiences with Jenna and I don't wish that on anyone else either read more

This place is horrible!!! Whatever you do don't waste your money or time! Incredibly unprofessional staff! I had to wait 45 minutes while the receptionist and two others laughed at their phones then decided to help me. Then I was told they couldn't see anything and I needed to reschedule. I was supposed to get called with a new appointment time but I had to call and after two calls was finally able to make an appt. Went in today and still had to wait another 45 min. Very disappointed. My initial appt had to be rescheduled due to my baby's gestational age and position, so I did not receive the listed items that should have came with the voucher. My next appt was canceled due to work schedule. I wasn't able to get through to the staff(very hard to get a hold of anyone via telephone) so I left a detailed message and email but never received a call back. I finally got through with someone today and they said I could no longer reschedule and use the voucher because the rescheduled appt needed to be 5-7 days after the initial appt, which no one ever told me about. Also, when we went in for our initial appt, we were charged an additional $11 dollars, even though we had paid for our Groupon voucher and didn't add any extras. We didn't receive any pictures, DVDs, or our welcome bag like they stated we would. We paid to receive absolutely nothing from this company. read more

Do not go here. Even with a discount from Groupon, its not worth it. they don't give you everything the package says and it was suppose to be a 15 minute session but it was less than 10 minutes. The technician rushed everything. I would have rather paid full price and go somewhere else and i'm on a budget. Especially for an experince like this that you and your loved ones look forward to. Something very special. Well, the excitement was all taken away from me. The sonogram technician was extremely rude and very UNprofessional. We were so excited to see 3D images of our baby for the first time. But as soon as we got in the room, Jenna (the technician) had a horrible attitude. I don't want to go into details but I do hear there is another girl that is nice, so if you do go here request the other girl. And just so you know, one of the owners rated this place on here with 5 stars. How tacky to rate your own business to make it look good. Well, i had found a groupon and figured id give them a shot to save myself some money. I had decided to call just to see if they had any appointments available for that day which they did, telling me my appointment was at 4pm. So I got there at 3:50 and went up to front in which I was told I had to pay the "remainder" of the groupon....ahh what?? i checked groupon after paying and didn't seeing anything about more money due at appointment. that was first down fall. Then I sit in waiting room and the lady at desk says well your appointment isn't until 4:30, no it was 4 i made sure multiple times. Okay so 30 minutes no big deal but I had 2 year old and it just makes it tough. my appointment was a gender reveal so 10 minutes TOPS, well the people whose appointment was apparently at 4 came in after us and went in well before us. which only irritated me because we could have been out before they got there and my appointment WAS at 4. Lastly, I just felt it was a big hangout place. Adult women would come in and just sit and chit chat behind the counter. It just seemed a bit unprofessional to me. I did get a gender but because this place was little sketchy I made an appointment for the place I had previously been, which Ill be going to later today. The pro of this place is the sonogram room is HUGE. If you want to bring a good amount of people to your appointment your safe here. read more
