Well the worker called me and advised the package I chose was for 20+ weeks. So their website is all wrong for their packages so tread lightly there. I walked in and it wreaked of cat p*ss. Bad. And being pregnant and that smell was horrible, on top I think their ac was broke because it was hot as heck in there. I was scanned for about 4 mins and they don't tell you anything at all. They don't measure the baby (maybe their protocol) and don't tell you anything aside from the gender. If you can make the trip to Sacramento I would go to little bellies. I went there a few times but figured I'd try peek a baby this time as it was closer but, I definitely won't be back. Two stars because no one was rude or anything it was just the whole setup there isn't worth the money.

I am however disappointed that they gave us the wrong gender, my wife and I went and were told we were having a girl. Today we were told we're actually having a boy. We tried calling the office to see if they would do a "redo" ultrasound to double check and we could not get through to anyone. Online it says they are open 10-8pm and we called many times during business hours and had no luck reaching anyone. Had they gave us the correct gender I would've given 5 stars because it was an all around good experience I'm just very disappointed it turned out to be incorrect.

It all comes with a detailed wallet card. The card has your contact information, health care information, meds, allergies, diagnoses, everything on it. You can update your wallet card as many times as you need to at no extra cost. When taking my information, the staff have ALWAYS been super patient with me. I have a communication disorder that can make it difficult for me to be clear at times on what I am trying to get across to the listener. It is important that the listener getting all the information gets it as clear as possible because not only does some of it go on the emblem to be worn but most will go on the wallet card and all will go into their computer data base. Over the years, I have had a few EMTs ignore my emblem. There is a phone number on the back of my emblem where all my information is. If they would have called the number it would have helped me get what I needed faster. The foundation has a program to help reach out and educate when an emblem has been ignored. The patient just has to be well enough to let them know! This is a very professional and passionate company. I highly recommend them for all your medic alert needs. They are far superior to the ones you find other places that are not linked to any professional help. I am happy with them and always have been.

If she was unavailable then Dr. Payanes would get back to me and I knew the information would get relayed back to my doctor. I was tired of being shuffled through advice nurses, then told to wait weeks for an appointment for someone who is not even my doctor, to then be given a referral by the doctor to somewhere else where they wouldn't know anything about me or my health. Here I don't feel like I'm lost in the shuffle. Now that they have their new location I'll be going here for women's health appointments too. Would recommend!

I normally don't write reviews but I feel this is extremely necessary…read more I recently went in for a scheduled c section at Modesto L&D on July 10. Firstly, the nurses are so sweet, so attentive, and made me feel so welcomed. I'm saying this from someone who did unfortunately have a traumatic c section experience (not the doctors fault, just circumstances). Although all the nurses were amazing I would like to recognize two amazing nurses who really made me feel seen and advocated for me, Nurse Jackie and Nurse Tabitha ( I hope that's how I spell their names). I will definitely always remember them and we're definitely the highlight of my experience. I'd hopefully like to nominate them for a daisy award. I'd also like to give a shout out to how clean the facility felt even the bathrooms.. I didn't have that same experience with my last delivery at another location .The food was decent, I wasn't really hungry during my visit but according to my vistors who did try the food they said it was pretty good. Overall I rate my experience 10/10. Thank you Kaiser Modesto L&D for turning this traumatic birth experience into something that ended up being amazing.

We couldn't get our primary to send him to a cardiologist. After we left Kaiser, and went to sutter, his cardiologist found an abnormality at the bottom of his heart and needs to do a heart cath! Possible heart surgery looming!! Thank god we left Kaiser! I had a spot in my head which my primary said was dandruff. After leaving Kaiser and being referred to a dermatologist, they found it to be pre cancerous. Shame on Kaiser! They should be closed down.

Kaiser at 3800 Dale Road has a new system of registration/ checking in on the first floor. It was new to me today. It seemed relatively easy. However, I noticed a few people slip through the cracks on this new way. I tried to help at least one patient, so he wasn't lost. I have had other Kaiser doctors and situations in the past that were frustrating. However, I am very happy with my primary care team now!

I had a dumb and what was initially an odd problem, but with a few tools, they were able to get to the root cause. My f250 diesel has NEVER run better. Despite the expensive repairs (injectors are never cheap), the pricing and time needed for very acceptable. When unexpected issues arose, as they do, they were quick to work towards resolution instead of just shrugging and becoming indifferent.

Went to have power steering done and asked him to also do a basic tune up and check on fluids etc…read more. and change any necessary, Told him I was pretty sure I was due for an oil change , he agreed to my request to do this. Fast forward to some time maybe a few hundred miles after I Got it back thinking I was good on my oil , the power steering works great that's easy to realize ,job well done , I guess I made the mistake of trusting he would check and take care of the fluid Chang etc like he said he would , well about a couple months later while I'm up in the foot hills my engine light starts flashing and my truck starts shaking and losing power come to find out I'm driving around with almost no oil. Allegedly The guy that was supposed to do it ( not the guy that I spoke to "Adam" the owner or manager ? )but some employee he (Adam)shifts blame to , he forgot to do it apparently. And "he got on him about that" according to Adam , whatever that means , well that doesn't really make it better ,so he got a slap on the wrist if even that. I've not only paid them to fail me, but I've paid insurance and registration on it but I am now unable to pass smog , He acknowledged there was a mistake made , he was taking responsibility it seemed for a brief moment like he was going to help me deal with it even at one point , or pretended like he would but still didn't do anything for it , when I brought it back in he sent it back with the engine light coming on now again when it was off after I changed the oil etc... but they didn't heat the engine up probably enough , so he just acted like there was nothing wrong because he saw no engine light , but it comes on not long after warming it up now. I asked for refund on whatever I was billed for , since my truck is now on its last breath and basically useless since it won't pass smog now and I paid nearly 600 bucks to pretty much help have my truck ruined , he has not offered to mitigate the situation or even at the very least offer a refund for what I paid them , there's not much need for The power steering repair at this point since the other thing i asked them to do was never done , they have done the opposite of help me so why do they deserve any payment? , and now he just ignores me. Don't know how the rating/reviews can be so good for this guy from my experience, Terrible service , terrible customer service. This has been a nightmare and has caused so much more to go wrong for me in its wake, including more unnecessary , wasted costs and he doesn't feel like he is responsible in any way apparently , just brushes me off like i never existed . A Complete loss and then some for me , and for him it's just another day at the office and an easy $500+
