First of all I want to say that I normally sing high praises for this place, it has good pricing and great services and the women there are normally sweet and warm and will chat you up like an old friend but today when I went in for a hair cut, I didn't feel all that welcomed there. The girl who cut my hair Alondra I think her name was, she seemed a bit agitated and normally I just tell them to cut 1 1/2 inches off all around and they normally do a good job but this girl left it still a bit long in the front and it feels and looks a bit uneven. I don't know if she is new to cutting hair or just sucks at it but I would not recommend her at all. If you make an appointment, better plan to be there over an hour past the time you booked. Slow service + not enough barbers + terrible booking system = DON'T BOTHER. They're also notorious for cancelling your appointment with barely any notice without even offering a backup. read more

Worthless Service.... When you walk in right at 11:00 when they open and "6" hairstylist are sitting there along with an extra person that works the front, and you still can get anyone of them to get off their ass to do a simple haircut... I had a 4:00 pm appointment with Nicole on Friday and Nicole was a no-show. Had to deal with I-45 rush hour traffic to get there and back. Not good but I re-booked for Sunday at 12:30. I got three text reminders and an email for the Sunday appointment. Got there on time but she had a client They finished at 1:00 and when I started over someone else got in her chair. They acted like they didn't know anything about my appointment in spite of all the reminders from them to show up on time. I let them know that I don't do business this way and I'm totally done with them. read more

Good concept that is poorly executed. Always understaffed. Lots of turnover with stylists. Place is starting to look pretty grungy too. Needs a deep cleaning but they aren't employing staff sufficiently to meet needs and demands. Time to find a new barbershop. read more

So if you call here don't even take the option to walk in I called here to get my an appt and usually they do but the woman who answered the phone said no just come as a walk in don't bother only 2 stylists are working here now they close in 30 mins and have a line up of people that had appointments. Waste of time could have gone elsewhere if you already so many people already booked. read more

Scheduled an appointment for a haircut for myself and my son. Typically when I arrive alone I'm called back within 15-20 minutes. When I I arrive with my son it takes at least over an hour. They take longer when they see they have to cut a child's hair. Had another patron arrive 30 minutes after us and got called back immediately. It feels good to be able to come somewhere where you can rely on consistency. Being greeted by name every time I come is also really nice. Cassidy is great at making the customer feel important. I am fortunate to have found Nicole after numerous attempts to find someone who could take care of my hair, her attention to detail and customer service has always been great! My stylist is a smoker and she smelled like crap. Her hands stunk and she scrapped my head numerous times causing a fair amount of pain. Her massage skills were rough and abrupt and provided no relief at all. Her mana cure skills literally cut up my finger tips. I don't know maybe she just doesn't like white men. Not that should matter. It wasn't over soon enough. I like the idea of this business but I will never be back at that location. I won't mention her name in public I just don't want to embarrass her or get her fired. Hopefully she will get better or go to another type of business because she honestly doesn't belong in this environment. read more

Worst haircut I've ever received. The hairdresser didn't listen to a word I said even after I showed pictures of what I wanted. Now I'm stuck with this awful cut that's completely uneven. You'd think this was her first time cutting hair. I told her I need a professional cut for my job but now I'll have to go in on Monday looking like white trash. read more

My nails are getting long so instead of doing a self-manicure (with scissors), I decided to give this place a try. I walked in and asked the receptionist/front desk person/manager how long I would have to wait for a manicure and she looked over at one of the "service professionals" (not sure what to call them) and said someone could see me right away. The person that was going to do my hands was just sitting there doing nothing, with her legs curled up under her in the barber's chair. After filling out my information at the kiosk, I assume the "resting professional" decided she didn't want to do a manicure, so I was told that someone else would be doing it and that it would be a 15 minute wait. The 15 minutes turned into 35 minutes so I decided to leave. I planned on going back today (1.5.19) but decided not to. I doubt I will ever visit this location again, but I might give another location a try. read more
