Let's start with the enthusiasm if the attendant at 1145am on Sunday July 3rd, 2022. He did the bare minimum getting me into the wash with a spritz of water, before he sauntered back to the building, never even looking at me. I get to the end and proceed to the vacuums which promptly fall to the ground in pieces. The other vacuums barely have suction due to items either trapped in the vacuum or maybe because the rest of the vacuum is duck taped and rusted..... There is never anyone to help with anything because they are paid hourly workers with no power no fix the obvious. I'm sure this also makes for a pleasant place to work every day. So no, I would not recommend giving this owner any money for this wash! read more

My husband and I were going to try the 1212 NMB location with our brand new Mustang on 3/20 at ~3PM. We drove up in the narrow one way lane to the gate attendant. Once we realized it was not touchless we politely told him we wanted to exit. He sternly told us to "Back out!" My husband asked if he "Was kidding?!" and the guy said "No, back up!" We asked him to just open the gate and let us drive forward to at least turn around or just drive around the wash and he declined. He said; "I'd have to walk over and open the back gate." Unfortunately, believing we were stuck, we attempted to comply with this surly attendant's demands backing out of the one-way tight curvy high-curbed entrance against the traffic flow with a sign we did not see while a large truck was adjacent in the other lane. We struck the corner of the metal sign that extends into the roadway thoughtlessly mounted in between the curb and our car in the road bed. Now I have a very bad and expensive scrape down the front fender of my brand new car thanks to allowing ourselves to be bullied into a bad situation by a lazy employee with a bad attitude. When confronted by my husband he apologized, but only because my husband was livid. Jason the manager later admitted to having hit that same sign himself earlier with his own Camaro, yet it is still located in such a hazardous way, especially if lazy belligerent employees demand you back up to leave the location. Parking lot is sort of a weird set up on the after wash as you go to vacuum and towel dry. You'll see what I mean as some of the drying stalls are on sort of a hill. Wierd. They do use tons and tons of soap for the wash and overall this location does a pretty job of getting the bugs off the winshield. The guy at the wash entrance did a pretty just of spraying down the front winshield and back of cars as well. Look into their all you can wash club online. You can actually sign up online and get your car washed at any of their various locations. read more

I came here to vacuum my car and none of them would turn on. The car wash lanes were closed and no one was there even though sign said open. A couple minutes later an employee shows up and parks beside me. I tell him the vacuums aren't working. His response was "yeah it's raining they won't turn on". Excuse me? I stood there for a minute as if I heard wrong. I then asked if I could at least get a car wash. He said yes and opened the lanes. If I could give zero stars I would. Staff were very friendly and the most expensive car wash made my truck look very clean, however, left sticky residue (I assume wax or soap) coating the sides of my tires and flares. Additionally, 1 day later there were spots all over my truck after it rained and dried. Would only return if it was my only option. read more

Sad to say I didn't have a good experience. No one was there to direct me through the car wash so I thought it was self directed like at a gas station and drove through. Thankful a staff did let me go back through but by then I had to wait in line. Also had to move my car 3 times to find a vacuum that suctioned. Low pressure still. I honestly should've listened to the other reviews and avoided this place. I went to get the $20 all included car wash service which turned out to be a waste of time. The tire shine option did not clean the tires what so ever and just mixed the dirt with the soap, smearing it all over. The back side of my challenger was not cleaned what so ever (I can understand the tiny cracks around the license plate not being cleaned but the entire back side? really?) The bottom part of my vehicle where the black trim is was barely cleaned, along with the front of my vehicle still have bug part residue in various places. The only reason why this isn't a 1 star review is because the parts the wash ACTUALLY cleaned, turned out amazing . Unfortunately I was in such a rush/annoyed by the wash I didn't take any pictures, I was more focused on cleaning up everything that was missed and getting back on the road. read more

I love this place especially this time of year with all the pollen. I pay $80 a month to get unlimited car washes and vacuuming in two of my cars. They offer towels and window cleaner as well. The location I go to even has the touch less wash! read more

Ran the car through twice and still had one whole side of the car dirty part of the back of the. car dirty. Also nothing to wash bugs off on the front. All in all not very satisfactory. read more

Touch-less option. Great for low clearance vehicles. Left my dirty car just a bit less dirty. Once dried, it looked just as dirty with water spots. Need a towel to really get her to shine. Traditional track mounted car wash also. Several vacuum outlets upon exiting the carwash station. Priced reasonable. read more

Use to be a member of Deitrichs car wash club and after the first use my brand new black Honda Accord had scratches all over it and it was my first wash!!! 3 years later in came here and joined there car wash club and lives that the hands free is 24/7. They also have an automatic car wash as well but was Leary of it scratching my brand new car. The material is different than that at Deitrichs and with much hesitation I rolled the dice and no scratches! I highly recommend this place and the unlimited washes for a monthly fee is a no brainer living here at the beach. read more

Both of my tail lights were broken out by the car wash. Received a quote for just over $1,000 from Paramount Auto Body for the repair because both taillight assemblies had to be replaced. Completed claim form and was promised that owner would get back to me by early next week. Whether this will ultimately be a good or bad review depends on if they make it right or not. read more

It's expensive $16 and that's not even the top wash and then you have to go vacuum yourself but the problem is then there's some guy that's begging for money in the parking lot walking up trying to open my door when I'm vacuuming not paying attention and steal my purse so when the workers saw the guy standing there and did nothing so I would say don't go to this car wash read more

This carwash continued to leave my truck dirty and left about a four inch gap when it put the "shine" on my tires. Today one of their employees turned my mirror in (which keeps that part of my window from being cleaned and also keeps the mirror side from being cleaned). I pushed it back out. This idiot went by four times and kept pushing it back in. Finally another employee told me that it helps to clean better, when I told him it doesn't he just laughed at me and shook his head. As soon as I got to work I called to cancel my membership. I contacted the Carolina Forest location and was NEVER asked why I was cancelling my membership. the new wash with the brushes are awesome! Really got the dirt off my car better than the touchfree washes. The vacs are strong and the attendant was very nice to scrub my tires before the wash for free. Will go back! read more
