I went through this carwash once when I moved here to decide if it was worth getting the unlimited wash subscription. I wish they'd apply the cost of that wash to the plan but sadly, they would not. I like that it's open 24/7. It could do a slightly better job washing off the soap and windex and towels only seemed to be available on the weekend during the day. As with all of these types of washes, the dryer doesn't really get the vehicle dry at all. I liked that it was touchless since I have a new car. It got the sand and bird droppings off my car every time and I liked being able to vacuum the car. There isn't a mat wash, if that is something you want. I cancelled my subscription because I'm moving. I will update my review if there's any issues with that next month. read more

No towels, no cleaning spray, no attendant. Nothing like other turbo car wash. No service and value not worth it. They tried to redo and improve it twice in the last 2 years. Gave it a second chance both times and won't be back and waste my $$ there. read more

I got their top tier $20 car wash. I think I left with more dirt than I started with. Literal chunks of mud and bird crap left on the car. I pulled around to make my thoughts known to an employee. He said you can go through again if you want. I was like no thanks, said I wouldn't be back and the dude shrugged his shoulders and said "whatever". I was getting back into my car at this point and did a loud exhale and said "Really?" as I was quite taken aback by his lack of care. Hearing this he turns back and gets in my face saying "I said you could go again, what do you want?" I said the slightest bit of care or concern about your equipment (I meant product). He claims they've gone through three different pieces of gear and reminded me it was a touchless car wash. I told him, as I have a convertible, I've exclusively used nothing but touchless car washes since owning the car and this is the only one that couldn't get so much as bird crap and mud off. Even though I went very slow through the blower at the end, I was left with massive water spots, bird crap and mud still on the car. Total waste of money!!! read more

Brushless car wash with plenty of options. They have 4 levels of wash from $8-15 plus 4 vacuum stations, air fresheners and a vending machine full of cleaning supplies. After a 4-hour drive to the beach, our car was covered with bugs that were sure to be baked on as temperatures reached 100 degrees today. But after a ceramic treatment last weekend, this Turbo Jet Wash blasted all the critters right off with ease. My husband and I were going to try the 1212 NMB location with our brand new Mustang on 3/20 at ~3PM. We drove up in the narrow one way lane to the gate attendant. Once we realized it was not touchless we politely told him we wanted to exit. He sternly told us to "Back out!" My husband asked if he "Was kidding?!" and the guy said "No, back up!" We asked him to just open the gate and let us drive forward to at least turn around or just drive around the wash and he declined. He said; "I'd have to walk over and open the back gate." Unfortunately, believing we were stuck, we attempted to comply with this surly attendant's demands backing out of the one-way tight curvy highly curbed entrance against the traffic flow with a sign we did not see while a large truck was adjacent in the other lane. We struck the corner of the metal sign that extends into the roadway thoughtlessly mounted in between the curb and our car in the road bed. Now I have a very bad and expensive scrape down the front fender of my brand new car thanks to allowing ourselves to be bullied into a bad situation by a lazy employee with a bad attitude. When confronted by my husband he apologized, but only because my husband was livid. Jason the manager later admitted to having hit that same sign himself earlier with his own Camaro, yet it is still located in such a hazardous way, especially if lazy belligerent employees demand you back up to leave the location. Hey! Just visited International drive location on Thursday. Very disappointed there are no towels, cleaning supplies, and mat washer closed. I guess my point is. If you don't advertise on your signs entering the establishment, pay full price for services, and after you pull out of the car wash to find out you paid for half the service. Very bad practice misleading your customers. I will not be back. And while you are doing the right thing by not providing these services. The customer should know beforehand. This place is great for $12 I got a great car wash, friendly employees and everything I needed to compete my car service. They offer towels to dry your car with as well as free vacuum service, free mat cleaning machine and accoutrements to finish your tires and windows. Best car wash I've ever been in. I live in NH and up here you'll never find a car wash that rinses like this car wash. Up here the rinse is almost like spritzing on after shave, I kid you not, your vehicle here will always always always come out dirty and soap clinging to your car. I couldn't believe when I went through at turbo jet, I think I counted 3 rinses. Up here, it's one, and that spits the water at ya. The scrubbing is incredible also and basically cleans every nook and cranny. Even the drying has 2 stations when coming to the end. Up here you'll never see more than one, and the one you do get really blows, but doesn't blow enough at all, if you know what I mean. It was a fantastic car wash experience. Open one of these up here, and you'll make a mint, seriously. read more

I was in town on vacation and we had a spill in our rental car requiring shampoo/vacuum. I discovered Turbo Jet and asked the Manager/attendant I found about getting my carpet cleaned. Mike was very friendly, knowledgable and even directed me to his local TD Bank branch to get to an ATM. Btw, they were great! I passed another car wash on the way to Turbo Jet because I read an online review. Mike was so helpful to me in getting the car shampooed. I will be sure to come back next time I am in MB, and would gladly refer anyone looking to get their car cleaned to stop by. Even though this is a self service facility, Mike told me there is an attendant on duty daily. The new brush was system in addition to their old touch less got my car with road grime clean on one pass. Smart idea. Great business and superior customer service. read more

I'm building a home off of Hwy 90 and thought I'd try out the International Dr Location. I was disappointed. The drying was not good ... had to spend time wiping too much down by hand. At Dietrick's & Srubby's, there are 2 workers who give the car a brush scrub as you enter the car wash. Not so with this place. End result left plenty of dead bug debris on my front end. I tried them out hoping it would be my "go to" place and get a club membership. Don't think that will happen ... glad i tried them first. read more

Does not do a good job. Yea if your car got mud all over it, then it will blast the mud off. But other than that it does not do a good job of cleaning. You will still have haze and spots all over the car. So for $12 and $16 not worth it. It has all this stuff it does double foam and triple foam and hot wax, still not good results. Also I wish they give few more seconds on the dryer - you can only dry half of your car lol. Not impressed - never use again. read more

My favorite carwash! The attendant Is always nice, and it's the easiest carwash to use of any I have found in Myrtle or North Myrtle Beach. This is a nice, simple touchless carwash. If you need a quick, easy cleaning for your car, try Turbo Jet. read more

The wash itself didnt do a very good job. However the attendant clean the car with a brush and ran it back thru. The car lookd good now. Very impressed with the level pf service. Not a bad car wash. It's touch less, so it doesn't get your car super clean, but it ain't bad. It's a bit pricy though. I got the second cheapest one and it was $8. But at least my car is cleaner than it was. read more
