Communication was poor, transparency was nonexistent, and it became clear that their priority was squeezing more money out of the claim rather than fixing my car properly. If i needed a slow leak fixed or a replacement…read moretire, this has always been my go to for all my vehicles. 20 years later, the service has not changed as i did an alignment with them and it was semi performance related. Long story short, i needed to have an additional part installed to do it right and get it perfect, and they said if i come back after the part is installed within 30 days, they will touch up the alignment at no cost. Wow. After almost 2 hours of touching up my original alignment, they handed me the keys and told me it was a little more difficult than expected, but did not ask me for additional money (i did tip the mechanic tho) car drives amazing and the alignment is nothing short of perfect.
