I first call to make sure they have the filter in stock and I'm told no appointment is needed. Well butter my biscuit! I pull up to the bays, they're full but I'm next in line. Once I pull inside, I now have a pit crew yelling safety protocols to each other. We agree on the type of service and off they go. Not only did they change the oil/filter: My brake light bulb was out and they replaced it Coolant was a little low, they topped it off Air pressure on all 4 tires are set to 35 psi Windshield Wiper fluid was topped off I had a coupon but my service adviser used a better coupon to lower the price?? Customer service that can't be beat and they went over everything that needed attention. Valvoline Instant Oil Change, it was a pleasure. The wheels were even dirty as if they weren't even cleaned. And, the windshield was not cleaned well either. Stay away. The place isn't the same anymore.
