I asked them to make it right with a refund. I was told no due to their policy of No Refunds. The guy told me to come back and he will patch the tire he sold me. What a joke, BEWARE.

I was told 1-1.5 hr wait and could be earlier. Sounds good to me! I waited patiently and saw several others come in and got sent out before me. I figured it was appointments. However, as time went on there were a few walk-ins too who also got sent out before me. That doesn't seem right. I even checked my text notification and it said I should have been done over an hour ago. After 2 hours I got up and spoke with Josh. He was able to make sure my car would be seen next. Him and another gentleman were apologetic, which I appreciated. I am still waiting but despite not having an appointment it should NOT constantly push me to the back of the line... especially when I saw several others walking in (no appointment) and getting their services fixed before me. I have utilized America's Tire in the past for a different vehicle. I mainly go to Toyota or Costco. However, Costco was fully booked and could not squeeze me in. Josh at America's Tire was super helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to look up the tires I wanted and said they have it in stock! Hallelujah!! Super chill dude and he gave me great information about their policies and said they even price match! Josh was very understanding of my situation and put my mind at ease. They explained a lot to make sure I was comfortable with any work being done. I really love the fact that they send you a link after inspection to go over everything that they have found with the price attached and you get to approve or deny any work being done individually with pictures showing you exactly what they're looking at and what needs to be fixed , instead of feeling pressured to get it all done at once. Everything was also reasonably priced and affordable. The waiting area is really comfortable with a couch, a large fan, a coffee station and water. They also have a shuttle in case you need a ride somewhere if you're leaving your car for a longer period of time. They have such good customer service, I believe it was the owner and Christian I spoke with when first arriving, they took a look at my tires instantly & they gave me their recommendations and didn't pressure or try to upsell anything. They are very trustworthy, reliable and as someone with anxiety, I found myself at ease with how they handled everything. They also do oil changes! And they have a German Auto shop right across from them that specializes in Mercedes and German cars! :) I was pleased to see a lot of Mercedes around ranging from older to newer as that was what I was bringing in.
