It turned out that the damage was extensive and that the best option was to replace the engine, which wasn't worth the cost. What I appreciated most about All Access is that they were honest and up front about the extend of the damage and the cost of the repair and transparent about the fact that anything less would not be worth the cost - even though they could have taken apart my engine for $800 and then told me the same thing. They also allowed me to keep my broken car at their location for a week while I figured things out. I had my roof painted and the whole car sanded and polished. I also asked them to diagnose a evap system error I've been dealing with. I will be clear about my thoughts. They did excellent body work and my car looks absolutely amazing. Genuinely loved the work and the price. The reason my review does not give 5 stars however is the management of my mechanical problems. My error lead them to sell me a new O2 sensor which did not solve the problem. Then I replaced the MAF at their recommendation. Neither of these were the issue. To their credit they claim to have put 3 hours of free labor however they incorrectly concluded the issue was the O2 Sensor and MAF. NOW Hundreds of dollars later they say they need hundreds more to diagnose my injectors and that my fuel pump is bad. Here's the thing if they had concluded the injectors were bad like I mentioned when I first brought the car in, I would have paid for the fix no problem. But instead they sold me on repairs I didn't need and were not my issue and now I can't currently afford the repairs I need. It's not the right way to handle business and I'm heavily disappointed in the work. To be clear I think they did a bang up amazing job on my paint work, but as mechanics go I don't trust them and will not have them service my car again. Big regrets on my part. One guy came out to inspect the rims and was being BEYOND disrespectful. I was cussed at, yelled at and was told that I was "accusing" them. Not only this, other employees came out from the back and gang banged on me and my boyfriend which left me SCARED and SHAKING due to the gang violence in Fresno. Will I ever recommend this place ? I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon to find out they only replaced the tires which any other tire shop would of done in a an hour. Be careful when taking your vehicle to this shop. I took my car back within 2-3 weeks after they diagnosed and said they fixed the problem I initially took it in for when it started doing the same thing. So They fixed the problem saying a part was missing connected to what was originally fixed so they only charged me $30 for part. Moving forward 45 days later it starts doing the same thing, so I take it back frustrated because this is 3rd time. Now since Im frustrated, I'm called aggressive and they were very rude. I also spoke to the owner and he wasn't any better. He was rude too. Don't trust them because when you don't agree they dont care about you as a customer!!!!! read more
